SOLUTION: Autorun. inf is appropriately arranged in a nonvolatile memory module, and an interface for emulating an SCSI command is adopted to thereby automatically start a preset program without requiring unnecessary drive recognition as a CD-ROM, so that it is made possible to avoid confusion that is easy to occur conventionally. By using the nonvolatile module memory using these methods, only the connection of a computer can automatically reach a designated website included beforehand in an automatic start program. Even a computer beginner, or the like can easily reach the Internet and his/her desired site so that a company and an Internet shop can make the computer beginner easily visit their own websites.
