Abstract:
To improve its fire resistance, the winding of a low voltage coil for a dry transformer is, at its circumferential surface, covered by a wrap (7) made up of four turns of a protective foil (8) comprising a layer consisting of woven glass fibers impregnated with silicone resin with an admixture of mica. An inner part winding (3) and an outer part winding (4) are separated by a gap (5) comprising twelve rectangular aluminium tubes as spacers (6). At a lower end, the end face of the winding is covered with a protective cover (9) comprising epoxy resin.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger for removing heat energy from a heat generator.SOLUTION: The heat exchanger has at least one conduit 110 for a working fluid and the conduit is arranged in an upright position of at least angle of 45°. Each conduit has an exterior wall and at least one interior wall for forming at least one evaporator channel and at least one condenser channel within the conduit 110. Furthermore, the heat exchanger 100 has a first heat transfer element 150 for transferring heat into the evaporator channel and a second heat transfer element 180 for transferring heat out of the condenser channel.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for monitoring an operation state of an IGBT device in real time, especially a system for determining a joint part temperature of the IGBT device.SOLUTION: A system is equipped with: a differential unit 21 which receives characteristics of gate-emitter voltage of an IGBT device to be measured to distinguish the characteristics of the gate-emitter voltage in order to acquire pulses correlating to an edge formed by a mirror plateau stage in a switch off stage of the IGBT device; a timer unit 23 which measures a time delay between the acquired pulses showing the start and the end of the mirror plateau stage in the switch off stages of the IGBT device; and a joint part temperature calculation unit 25 which determines joint part temperature of the IGBT device on the basis of the measured time delay.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a part handler device used for handling parts, for example, for loading and unloading parts on a press line.SOLUTION: The part handler is arranged attached to a first of two industrial handlers or robots and forms a kinetic chain between a base of the industrial handler and an end element of the industrial handler having a gripper G means. The parts handler further includes: a rigid arm designed to be connected to the end element of the arm of the industrial handler; and at least one swivel means 2 for the radial movement of the rigid arm in relation to the end element of the industrial handler.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expand the application field of DTC by enabling creation of a more robust and reliable system through reduction in switching loss and the operation of the identical device using higher electric power due to reduced switching loss. SOLUTION: A repetitive control method for previously calculating an optimum switching state is used to minimize switching loss in this rotating electric machine. An electric current is supplied from a DC voltage circuit by a converter through at least one phase. The converter is designed to switch at least one phase into at least two voltage levels.
