Abstract: A pipe coupling structure includes an electromagnetic valve and a passage block having an upper surface mounted with the electromagnetic valve and opposite side surfaces formed with an inlet port and an outlet port. The inlet port is connected to a PCV pipe through an inlet pipe joint, and the outlet port is connected to a PCV pipe through an outlet pipe joint. At least one of the inlet pipe joint and the outlet pipe joint is a union joint. The union joint includes a hollow cylindrical union end making contact with a first surface formed with the inlet port or a second surface formed with the outlet port and a hollow cylindrical union nut configured to connect the inlet port or the outlet port to the union end.

Abstract: A pipe joint is in such a structure that a sealing (5), an annular chuck (6), and a release ring (4) are inserted into the fitting recess (2) of the joint proper (1). Projecting annular receiving surfaces (601, 602) are provided on the side of the forward end of the annular chuck (6) and an acting surface (301) for diametral contraction is provided on the inner periphery of the fitting recess (2). Pawl parts (603) are formed on the forward end of the annular chuck (6) and the annular chuck (6) is provided with slits (604) for diametral expansion and contraction. With a flexible tube (7) inserted into the fitting recess (2), the annular chuck (6) is diametrally enlarged. In such a state as above, when pressurized fluid is fed, the pawl parts (603) bite into the flexible tube (7). With the release ring (4) thrusted into the fitting recess (2), the pawls (603) are released from biting into the flexible tube (7).

Abstract: A butterfly valve includes a purge gas flow path supplying a purge gas for preventing inflow of a control fluid into a magnetic fluid sealing portion from a flow path through an insertion hole. The purge gas flow path is provided with an opening and closing valve for opening and closing the purge gas flow path and a pressure gauge for measuring a pressure value in the purge gas flow path, in the stated order from the upstream side. The purge gas flow path is connected to a portion between the magnetic fluid sealing portion and the flow path of the butterfly valve on the downstream side of the pressure gauge, and communicates with the flow path through the insertion hole. The butterfly valve further includes a control device that controls at least the opening and closing valve. The control device is provided with a monitoring program for monitoring a pressure value.
