Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate of a portable electronic apparatus capable of enhancing the strength of the portable electronic apparatus, and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This plate of the portable electronic apparatus comprises an outer layer board 402 and an inner layer board 406. The plate of the portable electronic apparatus is arranged between the outer layer board 402 and the inner layer board 406 and further comprises a protective layer 404 of a uniform mesh structure. Since the protection layer 404 becomes mesh structure, greater part of the area becomes hollow-shaped, making it light and strong. Adhesive is applied over the entire surface of the outer layer board 402 and the inner layer board 406, the protective layer 404 is arranged between the outer layer board 402 and the inner layer board 406. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel assembly structure suitable for assembling a liquid crystal display panel 20 on the panel cover 12 of a laptop computer. SOLUTION: The panel assembly structure comprises: a first connecting part 110, a first screw 120, a second connecting part 130, and a second screw 140 for fixing a display panel on the panel cover. The first connecting part having a first connecting through-hole 112 is formed on the cover and extends toward the first side 22 of the panel. The first screw is screwed into the first connecting through-hole and a first panel threaded hole 22a on the first side for fastening the first connecting part and the first side. The second connecting part having a second connecting through-hole 132 is formed on the inner surface 12a of the cover and extends toward the second side 24 of the panel. The second screw is screwed into the second connecting through-hole and a second panel threaded hole on the second side of the panel for fastening the second connecting part and the second side. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an aqueous coating material composition and a coating material each of which has good mechanical properties after dried. SOLUTION: The aqueous coating material composition containing (A) an emulsified coating material dispersed in (B) an aqueous medium is provided. The emulsified coating material contains a multifunctional monomer having at least two functional groups. The multifunctional monomer starts crosslinking during its dehydration (heating and drying) process and forms a semi-interpenetrating polymer network or an interpenetrating polymer network. Coating an outer surface of an electronic product with the aqueous coating material composition can improve mechanical properties of the electronic product such as hardness, antiwear quality, solvent resistance. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for adjusting the corresponding relation between the desired output volume and the actual output volume of a loudspeaker so as to prevent the loudspeaker from being damaged by an excessively large volume. SOLUTION: An output device is set up in a system, the system includes a processor, a method for preventing the output device from being damaged in accordance with the present invention comprises the following steps: output values of the output device are divided into a plurality of areas; a ratio value is defined for each area; the processor receives a desired output value; a current area where the desired output value is located is determined from the areas and the desired output value and the ratio value of the corresponding current area are calculated to obtain the actual output volume and the output device outputs the actual output volume, wherein the actual output volume is lower than the maximum output volume permitted by the output device so as to prevent the output device from being damaged.
