Abstract: A filter device is disclosed comprising a filter which is used to clean a fluid flow of particulate contamination in a specifiable flow direction, having a fluid inlet for supplying an unfiltered medium flow, a fluid outlet for removing a filtrate flow, and a discharge opening for discharging a backflushing fluid produced while backflushing the filter against the specifiable flow direction using a backflushing device, wherein as the particulate contamination being cleaned out of the fluid flow by the filter increases, the differential pressure between the fluid inlet and the fluid outlet increases, characterised in that a valve device is arranged downstream of the discharge opening, viewed in the fluid flow direction, said valve device regulating the discharge rate of backflushing fluid as a function of the differential pressure.

A discharge opening (46) of the backwash device (44) is, at least in part, fluidically connected to a lower element opening (56) of the filter element (20) to be backwashed, as the pressure control device (42) moves towards the upper element opening (54).

Abstract: A filter device for fluids includes a housing (1) accommodating a filter element (5). The housing has an inlet (47) for the supply of fluid to be purified to a non-filtrate chamber (49) of the housing (1) and has an outlet 42 for the filtrate. The non-filtrate chamber is separated from a filtrate chamber (46) of the housing (1) by the filter medium (33). A magnetic field-generator unit (57) is arranged inside the non-filtrate chamber (49). An adhering surface a sleeve or casing (51) attracts ferromagnetic particles by a magnetic force effect. In the non-filtrate chamber (49), the sleeve (51) extends outside of the respective filter element (5) parallel to the inlet (47) and transversely to the outlet (42). The non-filtrate chamber (49) at least partially encompasses the outlet (42) at the point of transition to the filtrate chamber (46).

Abstract: A filter device has a filter housing (1) with a fluid inlet (13) for raw fluid, with a fluid outlet (3) for filtrate and with at least one one-piece or multi-piece filter insert (5, 7) received in the filter housing (1). The filter insert can be cleaned using at least one back-flushing member (21) in counter-current to the filtration direction. This back-flushing member can, by a fluid-guiding driveshaft (23) of a rotary drive (35), be moved along the inner side (19) of the respective filter insert (5, 7) and has, at its end adjacent to this inner side (19), a gap-shaped passage opening (39) that extends parallel to the axis of rotation of the driveshaft (23) and that discharges into a flow space (41; 57; 67) fluidically connected to the driveshaft (23). The flow space at least partially continuously narrows in the direction of the driveshaft (23) in a first plane in which the passage opening (39) lies. In another second plane transverse to the first plane, the flow space (41; 57; 67) at least partially continuously widens proceeding from the passage opening (39) in the direction of the driveshaft (23).
