PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toilet bowl for detecting opening of a lid and automatically performing washing.SOLUTION: The toilet bowl for detecting opening of a lid and automatically performing washing includes a housing 10, a toilet seat 20, a toilet bowl lid 30, and a drive unit 40 for linking the opening of the toilet seat 20 and the toilet bowl lid 30. The toilet bowl includes a control module 1 connected to the drive unit 40, the control module 1 is turned to the control center of the toilet bowl, and an infrared detection module 2, a sensing module 3, a touch switch 4, a washing drive unit 5, a far infrared emission module 6, a photocatalyst emitter 7 and an anion generator 8 respectively connected to the control module 1 are installed. In such a manner, the toilet bowl for detecting the opening of the lid and automatically performing washing automatically opens the toilet bowl lid 30 and the toilet seat 20, automatically performs washing, generates an effect valuable to a human body by far infrared ray light, performs sterilization keeping cleanness by a photocatalyst, and eliminates odor by anions.

A gel blaster barrel includes a main body, a compression component and an adjusting slidable sleeve. The main body includes a bullet loading part, and a bullet outlet part which has a groove recessed on a top end thereof. The compression component includes a flexible compression part and a connection part which are connected to each other, the connection part is disposed in the main body, and a gap is formed between a portion of the flexible compression part and the bullet outlet part. The adjusting slidable sleeve is slidably disposed in the main body. When the adjusting slidable sleeve is moved to the bullet outlet part, a portion of the adjusting slidable sleeve is disposed on an outer side of the flexible compression part to compress the flexible compression part to swing toward the bullet outlet part, thereby achieving the purpose of changing a shooting range of gel bullet. A floating muzzle structure of gel blaster includes a main shell body and a soft shell body. The main shell body includes a main body, an air trigger part and a bullet loading slider part. The air trigger part is connected to an end of the main body and has a first support surface, a side of the bullet loading slider part is connected to the main body, the bullet loading slider part has a second support surface disposed on an end thereof away from the air-jet part. The soft shell body is disposed on the main shell body and has hardness lower than that of the main shell body. The soft shell body is partially abutted with the first support surface and the second support surface, so that the problem that gel bullet may be broken easily during a bullet loading process can be effectively solved.

Abstract:
Methods are disclosed for enhancing protein production. One method comprises preparing a vector by inserting a gene encoding ubiquitin in front of a gene encoding a protein of interest and inserting the vector into a cell. A fusion protein will be expressed which includes ubiquitin plus the protein of interest. Ubiquitin C-terminal hydrolases can cleave the fusion protein leaving the desired protein in its free state. This method causes enhanced production of the protein of interest as compared to performing the same method without the ubiquitin gene as part of the vector. A ubiquitin promoter is unnecessary to yield this enhanced production and is not used. A second method is very similar except that in place of a ubiquitin gene, a gene encoding fourteen amino acids of cucumber mosaic virus coat protein is inserted in front of the gene of interest. This results in expression of a fusion protein comprising the fourteen amino acid residues of the coat protein bonded to the protein of interest. The fusion protein is produced at a higher level than is the protein when the coat protein gene fragment is not present in the vector. In both methods the genes can be placed under the control of heterologous promoters such as a 35S promoter.

When a CQI/PMI/RI report and a HARQ ACK/NACK report coincide in a subframe, the HARQ ACK/NACK report is transmitted on PUCCH, and the CQI/PMI/RI report is transmitted on PUSCH.

An intelligent wearable apparatus may include a user interface, a main body incorporating the user interface, and a mounting element connecting with two ends of the main body. In one embodiment, the apparatus can be a bracelet on the wrist configured to measure the acceleration and infers velocity and position from an accelerometer therein. In another embodiment, the apparatus is configured to display different colors in different situations, or conduct color coding for different functions thereof. For example, two apparatus in the present invention can be synchronized in static or dynamic manner so that any observer could easily and conveniently identify the social relationship between the people who wear the apparatus.
