The present invention relates to a memory device having heterogeneous terminals which enable the memory device to be easily connected to a computer or a portable terminal without a separate gender. The present invention enables a portable terminal and a memory unit to be easily connected without a separate gender by slidingly moving the memory unit towards the outside of a main body and inserting a first terminal included in the memory unit into a USB connector of a computer so as to use the same when the memory unit is connected to the computer, and slidingly moving a connection part towards the outside of the main body and inserting a second terminal included in the memory unit into a mini USB connector of the portable terminal when the memory unit is connected to a portable terminal.

A method of producing a biomaterial measuring device is disclosed. The method includes forming a plurality of reactions elements, to which an assay reagent is applied, on a first substrate, cutting the resulting first substrate in a unit of individual reaction element, and attaching a first substrate piece, which is formed by cutting the resulting first substrate in the unit of individual reaction element, to a predetermined portion of a second substrate. In the biomaterial measuring device, since a material cost in minimized and it is easy to automate production, it is possible to reduce a production, it is possible to reduce a production cost.

PURPOSE: A biosensor for measuring a biomaterial is provided to solve a problem that has an effect on a measured result since a sample does not sufficiently fill a capillary space if a finger is separated before the sample is not sufficiently filled in the capillary space. CONSTITUTION: A biosensor(100) for measuring a biomaterial comprises a first substrate, a second substrate and a analysis agent. A concave part(110) is formed on one side of the first substrate. The second substrate comprises a plurality of reacting electrodes, on which a biochemical reaction to the biomaterial occurs. The second substrate comprises a plurality of transferring electrodes(112), which transfer the biochemically generated signal to a detector. A part of the concave part forms a sample introducing hole(101). In order that the reacting electrode faces the concave part, the second substrate is attached to the first substrate. The analysis agent is located in the concave part and has a biochemical reaction to the biomaterial.
