Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double layer explosion-proof netted tube structure improved in manufacturing cycle time and usefulness thereof, and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: Taking a vulcanized rubber tube as a main body of the double layer explosion-proof netted tube structure, after a first net layer, a heat-resistant rubber layer and a second net layer are formed in this order on the surface of the vulcanizable rubber tube, the double layer explosion-proof netted tube structure is obtained by heat-finishing thereof, whereby netted wires are scarcely broken out when cutting because a degree of adhesion between the first net layer and the second net layer is improved due to the heat-finishing treatment of the double layer explosion-proof netted tube. A heating device includes a substrate (1) added with a functional far infrared material, an electrothermal film layer (2) coated on a surface of the substrate (1), and two electrodes (3) mounted on two opposite sides of the electrothermal film layer and each electrically connected to the electrothermal film layer. Thus, the electrothermal film layer co-operates with the functional far infrared material contained in the substrate to produce heat by conduction of the two electrodes so as to heat an object to be heated, thereby simplifying the construction of the heating device, and thereby enhancing the heating efficiency of the heating device.

A fan motor (22) equipped in the housing is for blowing the air, and a porous ceramic honey comb heater (4) installed in the housing is for radiating far infrared ray when heated and together with hot or cold wind to apply on the user's hair.
Abstract:
Thermosetting polymer containing concrete compositions which exhibit plastic-like properties are formed by admixing an aqueous polymer containing latex emulsion together with a water binding substance and a catalyst. The latex is comprised of a thermosetting unsaturated polyester resin suspended in water containing an emulsifier. The water binding substance and the catalyst are combined to form a hydraulic material prior to mixture with the latex. Upon mixing of the latex and hydraulic material, the catalyst polymerizes (crosslinks) the resin and the water of the latex hydrates the water binding substance such that a formable paste-like concrete composition is formed. The concrete may then be cured and set into any desired shape.

Disclosed is method of fabricating semiconductor heater film which is formed on a substrate with excellent heat resistant and electrical insulation property by depositing atomized particles of coating material essentially formed of powdered metallic (Sn,V) chlorides and silicide mixed with one of Fe, Sb or In compound and solvent such as water, methyl and ethyle alcohols, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, also small amount of non-organic acid is added to intensify the chemical affinity of the coating material.

The present invention provides a platelet-containing composition prepared by contacting platelets with a medium for preserving. The medium comprises anticoagulant, cryoprecipitate and thrombin. The present invention also provides a method for long-term preservation of platelets, comprising the steps of: (a) adding anticoagulants, cryoprecipitate, thrombin in normal saline; (b) adding a platelet-containing medium into the solution formed in step (a); and(c) lyophilizing the platelet-containing solution formed in step (b). Moreover, the present invention yet provides a medium for preserving non--nucleus cells.

A porous ceramic carrier includes a main body (2) having an inside provided with a plurality of intersecting separation walls (21) formed with a plurality of through holes (20), wherein the separation walls (21) have connections each formed with a cylindrical portion (22). Thus, each of the through holes (20) of the separation walls (21) has smooth corners instead of sharp corners so as to reduce the stress applied on the surface of each of the through holes (20), thereby preventing the connections of the separation walls (21) from being worn or broken due to a stress concentration.
