Abstract: The purpose of the present invention is to provide technology for identifying a 5' UTR having excellent translation ability while taking into account 5' UTR variants in monocotyledons, providing a DNA molecule that codes for the 5' UTR, and efficiently producing a recombinant protein in the monocotyledons. It is possible to efficiently produce a recombinant protein in a monocotyledon by using a nucleic acid structure in a polynucleotide that codes for a foreign protein, said structure comprising a base sequence among the base sequences shown in sequences 1-4 and linking to a 5' UTR or a variant thereof.

Abstract: Una proteína híbrida que comprende dos proteínas toxinas seleccionadas del grupo que consiste en proteína toxina Shiga (Stx), proteína toxina del cólera (CT) y proteína toxina lábil al calor de Escherichia coli (LT), en donde dichas proteínas toxinas se unen en tándem a través de un péptido que tiene las siguientes características (A), (B), (C), (D), (E), y (F), y el péptido se añade al extremo carboxi de la proteína híbrida: (A) un número de aminoácidos es de 12 a 30, más preferiblemente de 12 a 22; (B) un contenido en prolina es del 20 al 35%, más preferiblemente del 20 al 27%; y (C) la prolina se distribuye cada dos o tres aminoácidos; (D) el contenido total de alanina, metionina y ácido glutámico en los aminoácidos diferentes de prolina es el 10% o menor; (E) el contenido total de triptófano, leucina, isoleucina, tirosina, fenilalanina y valina en los aminoácidos diferentes de prolina es el 5% o menor; y (F) el contenido total de serina, glicina y asparragina en los aminoácidos diferentes de prolina es el 90% o más.
