PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the performance of a microconductor, while the micro inductor is miniaturized. SOLUTION: The coil has a plurality of uncoupled turns. Each turns has a rectangular flat bottom in the bottom plane, a rectangular flat atop in the upper plane, and two rising portions. The turns fill almost all the envelope plane of the coil. The minimum isolation gap separates the adjoining turns. The top and bottom corresponding to the same turns are mutually aligned and have width larger than those of corresponding rising portions. The turns form a plurality of substantially parallel coil branches, and the standing portion of the two adjoining branches are arranged alternately inside a single flat plane. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve large amount of responses even at a high frequency and appropriately control the variation by controlling the mechanical stress applied to a uniaxial magnetic material for applying a uniaxial uniform stress of a large amplitude to the magnetic material. SOLUTION: The magnetic device 1 is integrated on a substrate, and comprises at least one element formed of a piezoelectric material and connected to driving electrodes 11a, 11b, and at least one magnetic element 8 deformable under the stress of the piezoelectric material element. The device 1 has a form of a beam 7 movable with respect to the substrate, and is provided with two crossing portions 9 of a predetermined width W1 along the reference longitudinal axis A1. The piezoelectric material element is formed by at least a part of each crossing portion 9. Each crossing portion 9 has a region for mechanically fixing itself to the substrate.
