PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable electronic apparatus bent in the lateral width directions. SOLUTION: The portable electronic apparatus has a structure including: a first body bent in the lateral width direction; a second body openably/closably installed on the first body, and bent in the same direction as that of the first body; and a support means installed between the first body and the second body, and openably/closably supporting the second body to the first body. The portable electronic apparatus can diversify design, and not only can be easily gripped by a hand, but also can prevent the occurrence of slip of a thumb, in particular, in the portable electronic apparatus employing a slide type opening/closing method. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a reinforced concrete pile in the soil of the weak ground in the accurate and uniform state of covering thickness of placed concrete and a reinforcing skeleton. SOLUTION: A concrete filling pipe 1 formed by connecting a bit 30 provided with a vibrator 33, to the lower part of a lot 10 of a hollow pipe provided with a small diameter pipe 17 inside is sunk into the weak ground by the vibration of the vibrator 33. The reinforcing skeleton 40 is inserted in the small diameter pipe 17 in the sunk concrete filling pipe 1 to place concrete from the lower part of the concrete filling pipe 1 through a concrete filling hose 13, and the concrete filling pipe 1 is pulled out leaving the reinforcing skeleton 40 while continuously vibrating by the vibrator 33. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combined sliding and rotation mechanism adapted to a device having a main housing and a sliding housing coupled to face the main housing so that the mechanism may support the sliding housing to conduct sliding and rotation operations with regard to the main housing. SOLUTION: When the sliding housing enters a sliding operation mode from a closed condition, a constraint tip escapes from a constraint recess of the sliding housing and, at the same time, the sliding housing is constrained and prevented from rotating. In addition, when the sliding housing enters a rotation operation mode from the closed condition, the pad of the hinge base slides from a lower end of a rotation sliding opening to an upper end of the rotation sliding opening and, at the same time, the sliding housing is allowed to rotate relative to a main housing and is not allowed to slide in the longitudinal direction of the main housing. SOLUTION: This mechanism comprises a hinge device in which a connecting member 110 formed with a locking part 118 and a guide member 120 formed with a guide part 124 are foldably coupled together, and on which an elastic force is exerted in the direction in which the connecting member and the guide member are unfolded by an elastic member 140, a slide member 160 which is coupled to the guide part so as to be able to slide and move and which has a swing operating part formed at one end, and a swing operated part 153 which is rotatably placed at the original position of the guide member and which is locked in the locking part according to the rotational angle, or which is locked in the swing operating part and rotates so as to allow a locking projection to be released from the locking part according to the movement positions of the locking projection and the slide member when the lock is released, or which rotates in the inverse direction, being released from the swing operating part, so as to allow the locking projection to be locked in the locking part. A base 1 is in two parts 1a and 1b on which are mounted support plates 3 and 3a, respectively. A tape roll T1 is mounted on a wheel 16 between plates 3 and 3a and for cutting uniform lengths of tape the tape is pressed by roller 8 against contact surfaces 7c and 7d at the ends of arms 7a of a rotatable roller 7 and is cut by engagement of blades of a cutting roller 9 in gloves 7e. The roller 7 is rotated by hand-knob 11 and is geared to the cutting roller. A bracket 5 and the support plate 3a carry a second roll of tape T2 from which desired lengths can be cut with the cutter 17.

Disclosed is a combined sliding and rotation mechanism adapted to a device. When the sliding housing (20) enters into a sliding operation mode from a closed condition, the constraint tip of the base swing link escapes from the constraint recess of the sliding housing (20), and the guide protrusion of the base swing link simultaneously moves from a boundary point between the horizontal recess and the slanted recess of the rotation guide recess to a terminal point of the horizontal recess so that the sliding housing (20) is constrained and prevented from rotating. In addition, when the sliding housing (20) enters into a rotation operation mode from the closed condition, the pad of the hinge base slides from a lower end of the rotation sliding opening to an upper end of the rotation sliding opening, the guide protrusion of the base swing link simultaneously slides from a lower end of the slanted recess to an upper end of the slanted recess and allows the sliding housing (20) to rotate relative to the main housing (10), and the constraint tip of the base swing link remains inserted into the constraint recess of the sliding housing (20) during the rotation process so that the sliding housing (20) is not allowed to slide in the longitudinal direction of the main housing (10).
