Abstract: PURPOSE: A flow control valve is provided to reduce the number and costs of components by integrating a valve rod and an expanded body using synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION: A flow control valve comprises a valve body(5) and a valve spring(7). One end of expanded body(15) formed by the synthetic resin is fixed on an expanded body cover(13). The other end of an expanded body is positioned to move on the expanded body cover. The valve body is installed between an inlet chamber(2) and an outlet chamber(3). The valve body opens and closes a chimney of an outlet chamber and an inlet chamber. The valve spring pressure-welds the valve body in a valve seat(6). The valve spring adjusts the pressure joint force of the valve seat by a push part(8).

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quick detachment type miniature spray nozzle in which an operation quick feeling is not lowered and an O-ring is easily replaced. SOLUTION: This quick detachment type nozzle has a nozzle body 11, a spray mouthpiece 12 and an annular seal member 14 provided between these. The mouthpiece 12 is inserted into the body in the axial direction and rotated. When the mouthpiece 12 is rotated, the mouthpiece 12 is drawn in the axial direction toward the body 11 by a cam lug part 40 provided in the mouthpiece 12 and the body 11, and the seal member 14 is compressed. A detent 45 consisting of a flexible and curved surface-shaped rib is provided in the mouthpiece 12. The detent 45 comes into a curved surface-shaped packet of the body 11 and releasably holds the mouthpiese 12 in the fitting position.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To enable the smooth attachment and detachment action of an outlet part, fixture, barrel part, etc., of a screw-in type spray nozzle by providing the central parts at both top and bottom ends of the spray nozzle with means for forming a flange for positioning for a socket wrench, etc. CONSTITUTION: This spray nozzle 10 is mounted in a supply line 11. On the other hand, the supply line 11 is formed as a nozzle bearing member 14 and a threaded end 12 thereof is arranged at the release end of an annular conduit 15. A flow passageway 16 is formed to the nozzle bearing member 14 and fluid is supplied thereto from an external supply source 18. Further, a flow passageway 20 communicating with the flow passageway 16 is formed in the longitudinal barrel part of the spray nozzle 10. This small-diameter flow passageway 20" is communicated with a release orifice 21 having a V notch 22. On the other hand, a flat part engaging the socket wrench 30 is formed at the downstream end 26 of the spray nozzle 10 and, likewise, a sealing gasket 31 is disposed at the upstream end 24. The flange 35 for positioning is formed in the central part of the spray nozzle 30 to separate both top and bottom ends 24 and 26.
