PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous sachet folding device configured to mount an inspection device for inspecting biting or the like of a sachet by an image.SOLUTION: A continuous sachet folding device 1 comprises: image inspection 2; a constant speed feeding part 3; a folding part 4; a reserve box 5a; and a control part 6 controlling a speed at which the folding part 4 folds a continuous sachet 104 on the basis of a stagnation degree of the continuous sachet 104 in the reserve box 5a.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extremely practical optical inspection device that properly discharges a defective.SOLUTION: The optical inspection device includes: an illumination part for illuminating an object to be inspected which is conveyed by a conveying mechanism; an imaging part for imaging the object to be inspected; an image processing part for performing image processing on the basis of imaging data on the object to be inspected; a quality determination part for determining the quality on the basis of the result of the image processing; a passage detection part for determining passage of the object to be inspected; and a defective discharging part for discharging the object to be inspected which is determined to be defective by the quality determination part. The defective discharging part is configured to discharge the object to be inspected which is determined to be defective by operating for a predetermined time on the conveyance downstream side of the illumination part and the imaging part. The optical inspection device includes a length detection part for detecting a length in the conveyance direction of the object to be inspected, and a discharge control part that increases the operation time of the defective discharging part when the length in the conveyance direction of the object to be inspected which is detected by the length detection part is longer than a predetermined length.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foreign substance inspecting apparatus which is excellent in safety and practicality, by which the amount of leakage of X rays is lessened as much as possible, and the amount of measurement mistake is also lessened. SOLUTION: The foreign substance inspecting apparatus has a shield box 5 having an X-ray irradiation section 3 which irradiates an object to be inspected 1 with X rays 2 from above, such that an irradiation cross-section shape is widened toward the end in a direction perpendicular to the conveying direction of the object to be inspected 1, and having an X-ray detecting section 4 which is disposed so as to face the X-ray irradiation section 3 and detects the X rays 2 passing through the object to be inspected 1, wherein a carry-in aperture 6 for carrying the object to be inspected 1 which is conveyed by a conveying mechanism 8, into the shield box 5 is disposed on one side of the shield box 5, and a carry-out aperture 7 for carrying the object to be inspected 1 out of the shield box 5 is disposed on the opposite side of the shield box 5. The whole of the carry-in aperture 6 of the shield box 5 is configured to have an aperture cross-section shape being widened toward the end and approximately coinciding with or being slightly wider than a portion of the irradiation cross-section shape of the X rays 2 which is widened toward the end and positioned on a height position corresponding to the carry-in aperture 6. SOLUTION: The device includes a foreign matter detection part 2 capable of detecting foreign matter having got mixed in an object 1 under inspection by performing detection through the application of inspection rays to the object 1, and a conveyance mechanism 3 for conveying the object 1 to the detection part 2. With a height detection part 4 detecting the height of the object 1 conveyed by the conveyance mechanism 3 provided upstream in the conveying direction of the detection part 2, the detection part 2 is structured so that inspection conditions on the object 1 conveyed to the detection part 2 can be set according to the height of the object 1 detected by the detection part 4. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an novel foreign matter inspection device excellent in practicality capable of certainly inspecting whether foreign matter is mixed in a container fed by a feed part while inexpensively preventing a malfunction by a simple constitution. SOLUTION: The foreign matter inspection device is constituted so as to inspect whether foreign matter is mixed in the container 2, which is filled with a fluid, fed by the feed part 1 and equipped with a camera part 3 for photographing the container 2 fed by the feed part 1 at one feed position and another feed position spaced apart from the feed position and an image data comparing part 5 for comparing the respective image data obtained by photographing the same container 2 in the camera part 3 so as to provide a time lag to detect the matter positionally changed in the container 2 as foreign matter. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging sheet, a package and inspection equipment for the package capable of detecting a sealed state of a center seal part of the package formed by a horizontal pillow system or the like by visual inspection and image processing.SOLUTION: A first rectangular reference mark 15 extending in a lateral direction is printed within one side edge 4 of a packaging sheet 1, and a second circular reference mark 16 is printed inside the other side edge 5. If the side edge 4 and the side edge 5 of the packaging sheet 1 match when forming a center seal part 31 of the package, the second reference mark 16 may face the lateral center of the first reference mark 15. Whether there exists a seal defect in the center seal part 31 can be inspected by visually observing the first reference mark 15 and the second reference mark or measuring relative positions of the first reference mark 15 and the second reference mark 16 by image processing.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection device for a package body, capable of acquiring the image of a package body where a content such as food is enclosed with a translucent package sheet, and discriminating whether foreign matter is caught in a seal part or not.SOLUTION: An illumination part is arranged on one side and a camera is arranged on the other side by holding the passage area of a package body 30 between them, so that the camera acquires an image obtained by transmitting illumination light through the package body 30. The image of the package body 30 and a background image are binarized and shortened in a vertical direction (an L direction) only at the lengths S of side seals 38, 39. Besides, a mask image is generated, which is obtained by inverting the shortened package body into "0" with the background as "1". The logical product of the mask image and the whole image (III) of the package body is obtained thereby to separate the images of the side seals 38, 39. The partial images of the separated side seals 38, 39 are binarized. Thus, it is discriminated whether the foreign matters 31a is caught in the side seals 38, 39 or not.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical inspection device that can not only excellently discriminate a defective seal or the like caused by biting of a film packaging bag for packing a food product or a wrinkle thereof but also can be easily installed on an existing facility later.SOLUTION: The optical inspection device comprises: an illumination section 2 that irradiates an inspection object 1 to be conveyed by a conveying mechanism with illumination light in a gap part provided in the conveying mechanism; an imaging section 3 that images the inspection object 1 in the gap part; an image processing section that processes an image based upon imaging data of the inspection object 1 imaged by the imaging section 3; and a quality-determination section that determines quality based upon a result of the image processing. A passage detecting section 6, which can detect a passage of the inspection object 1 passing through the gap part, is provided in such a manner that an optical axis of the passage detecting section passes through the gap part in a tilted state in a width direction of the conveying mechanism.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray inspection device which can efficiently and continuously convey an object to be inspected and is extremely excellent in practicability.SOLUTION: An X-ray inspection device includes an X-ray irradiation part 2, an X-ray detection part 3 and a body covering part 4 for covering the X-ray irradiation part and the X-ray detection part to inspect an object 1 to be inspected which is transported inside from an opening part 8 of the body covering part 4. In the X-ray inspection device, a supply side conveyance mechanism 6 is provided on a conveyance upstream side of a central conveyance mechanism 5 in the body covering part 4, an ejection side conveyance mechanism 7 is provided on a conveyance downstream side, the supply side conveyance mechanism 6 and the ejection side conveyance mechanism 7 are provided with a supply side covering part 10 and an ejection side covering part 11 having an opening 8, respectively, and X-ray shielding bodies 9 are provided freely openably and closably in the respective openings 8 of the respective covering parts. The device further includes image displaying means for displaying an image created on the basis of X-ray detected by the X-ray detection part 3, and an interlocking control mechanism for conveying and ejecting the object 1 to be inspected by the ejection side conveyance mechanism 7, and displaying the image of the object 1 to be inspected in the image displaying means when an ejection operation signal for ejecting the object 1 to be inspected after X-ray irradiation is received.
