Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem in which an exclusive ceramic furnace is required and a large cost is needed in order to perform a nitridation process in the new ceramic field or the steel field.SOLUTION: An airtight sagger for low-fired process and an airtight sagger for high-fired process are used. Thereby, an exclusive ceramic furnace is not needed, and it becomes possible to use an existing ceramic furnace conventionally generally used in the ceramic field and to perform a nitridation process or a carbonization process without the need of a large equipment investment.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a louver glass for measures against a burglar in a louver window, preventing the so-called "breaking" damage where a louver glass is cut by a glass cutter or a nipper and divided into two parts from the starting point of a crack to be pulled out, and the so-called "removing" damage where a louver glass is removed from support fittings. SOLUTION: The louver glass solving the problem of "breaking" damage is a louver glass used in a louver window opened and closed by turning, and the louver glass partly has laminated glass structure, which is composed of a glass layer, an adhesive material layer and a shock resisting material layer. The louver glass solving the problem of "removing" damage includes a locking mechanism adapted to freely project and retreat a tongue piece for stopping the movement of a grip part of the support fitting. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a louver glass plane capable of preventing an opening single damage, especialy, a "breaking draft" damage in which the louver glass part is broken from a scratch into two and taken off, and a " drawning-out" damage in which the louver glass pane is drawn out from a support metal fitting. SOLUTION: In the louver glass, a frame is adhered to the edge of a plane of glass by some of elastic sealants, the plane of glass and the frame are in an adhesion relation, by adhesion of the frame to the plane of glass, when the plane of glass is broken to fractions of glass, the fractions are adhered to the frame. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decompose dioxin or heavy metal in fume-cleaned sewage without using a special device and to collect the heavy metals on one place in incineration of wastes. SOLUTION: In this waste incineration method, the dust is removed from a flue gas from an incinerator by a dust collector and the exhaust gas after the dust removing, is cleaned by a wet type fume cleaning method. The fume cleaning drain generated by the wet fume cleaning method is aggregated and concentrated to be the fume-cleaned sewage, and returned to the incinerator, whereby the dioxin in the sewage is heated and decomposed, and the heavy metal is returned to the dust collector with the flue gas through the incinerator, to be taken out as the collected ash. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a block product which is equipped with a dowel formed of a rigid elastic body, and easy to assemble, and to provide a block structure which is constructed by assembling the block products and applying an elastic rubber sealing or caulking material to a notch at a block outer edge after assemblage of the block products. SOLUTION: Each block 1 has dowel holes 2 at upper and lower symmetrical locations thereof. To connect the blocks 1 together, first a lower half of the dowel 3 formed of the rigid elastic body is fitted into the dowel hole 2 of the block 1 in a lower stage, and an upper half of the dowel 3 having its lower half fitted into the dowel hole 2 of the lower-stage block 1 is placed at a location of the dowel hole 2 of the block 1 in an upper stage, followed by pressing the upper-stage block 1, to thereby rigidly combine the upper and lower blocks 1 with each other to form the desired structure. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a louver blade capable of simultaneously checking slipping-out damage of slipping out the louver blade from a holding arm, rainwater infiltration damage of infiltrating rainwater and breaking damage of breaking glass, without arranging a conventional surface lattice having risk of being instantly broken by using a bar and separately installed on the outdoor side. SOLUTION: This louver blade 11 is formed by covering an edge part of plate glass 21 with a metallic frame 22 having a cross section of a groove shape and having a smooth surface. The metallic frame for covering the edge part is provided with a fixing means 30 for fixing the louver blade 11 to a body part 51 of the holding arm 50. Slipping-out from the holding arm is checked by being fixed by the fixing means, and infiltration of rainwater is checked by contact of mutual smooth surfaces of the metallic frame, and braking is checked by forming the surface lattice in the edge part by the metallic frame having the cross section of a groove shape. Abstract:
PURPOSE: To recover Zn from steel making dust contg. zinc by separating Zn as vapor and condensing to liq. state by heating the dust with a heat medium to allow the zinc to react with a reducing material in an induction type electric furnace provided with a condenser in a cover part. CONSTITUTION: The pellets of steel making dust contg. Zn and a reducing agent such as powder coke are charged into a reaction retort 1 consisting of a low frequency induction furnace. A heat medium 6 such as iron scrap or the like in the retort is heated inductively by low-frequency induced electric powder, and the pellets of the steel making dust and the coke are allowed to react by the heat generated by heating so that ZnO in the pellets is reduced to Zn and is evaporated as the vapor of Zn. The vapor is condensed as liquid Zn 8 in a condenser 3 provided in a cover body 2 and zinc is thus recovered. The Fe component in the dust absorbs the C in the reducting agent and adds the same as molten cast iron in a heat medium 6, thereby increasing the heat capacity of the heat medium. The formed molten slag and a part of the increasing heat medium are removed by tilting the retort 1 and again the pellets and the reducing agent are added thereto so that the Zn is reduced and recovered. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frame member attaining a framework in manufacturing a louver blade adapted with 100% compatibility to a louver window of industry specifications comprising a louver support for 6.0-6.8 mm, with sufficient strength with the framework based on screw fastening, and a method for manufacturing the frame member, and a framework structure.SOLUTION: The frame member for constituting the louver blade framed by screw-fastening upper and lower lateral frame members and right and left vertical frame members to the edges of a plate glass, is formed by uniting a screw hole part and a body part which are manufactured separately from each other. Only the screw hole part projects by a combined portion when fitted into a groove of a mating frame member, in the length direction from the body part of the frame member, and the body part of the frame member does not project. The screw hole part is shaped to have a width settled into the groove of the body part and to be opened at both ends.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a louver blade adapted to a holding arm for 6.0-6.8 mm and having a fireproof function, as a louver blade of framework structure without needing to use a conventional lattice. SOLUTION: In a framework structure in framing the louver blade by screw fastening, a frame member used for one of upper and lower lateral frame members or right and left vertical frame members is made of a combined frame member formed by integrally uniting a screw hole part with a body part which are separately manufactured, and the combined frame member projects in the length direction from both ends of the body part by the combined portion of the screw hole part being fitted into a groove of the frame member on the mating side, and shaped to have a protrusion or a hole fitted to a hole or a protrusion provided at the holding arm.
