Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for heightening scale reading analyzability of a biosensor. SOLUTION: A specimen is placed on a biochip of the biosensor, and a specific component in the specimen is detected by the biochip, and a reaction current changing with the passage of time is generated, and a corresponding voltage-time discharge curve is determined based on the reaction current. The voltage V 0 corresponding to the time t 0 in the discharge curve is used as a center voltage, and an individual voltage corresponding to a plurality of different times near the time t 0 is selected, and an average voltage between the center voltage and the individual voltage is determined, and the average voltage is regarded as an output voltage corresponding to the time t 0 . The average voltage corresponding to each time before a discharge endpoint time in the discharge curve is determined in this way and regarded as its individual output voltage. The output voltage corresponding to each time in the discharge curve is converted into a pair of binary digital signals, and a scale reading corresponding to a specific component concentration in the specimen is determined based on the binary digital signals. Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CMOS optical sensor which can perform segmentation processing and its operation method so as to realize a continuous data transmission and reduce leakage in a capacitor.
SOLUTION: The CMOS optical sensor comprises light-sensitive lines each of which includes a large number of light-sensitive cells and a capacitor array which includes capacitors smaller in number than the light-sensitive cells in a light-sensitive line. Each light-sensitive cell on the light-sensitive line stores a part of potential generated as a response to an light beam incident on the cell. The CMOS optical sensor processes data in the light-sensitive lines into segments, transmits them to the capacitor array and reads them out in order. This method reduces leakage in the capacitor and saves time for data transmission.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source module composed of mainly a reflector and a lamp.
SOLUTION: The reflector has a light outputting part, and there is at least one protrusion in the reflector part corresponding to the light outputting part. A lamp is disposed in the reflector, light radiated from the lamp is reflected by the other part of the reflector through the protrusion, and is output from the light outputting part. In addition, the reflector part corresponding to the light outputting part is designed as a curve F, and the reflector part adjacent to the light outputting part is designed as a reflecting surface S. The curve F is connected to the reflecting surface S, and when dF is a differential plane forming the curve F, dS is a differential plane forming the reflecting surface S, and (a, b)are normal vectors of the differential plane dF, curve F =∫dFdS = ∫(ax + by + c)dS. Light source utilization factor is remarkably improved by such a design.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical lens device for an image scanner.
SOLUTION: The optical lens device is provided with a diaphragm and several lenses. The several lenses, diaphragm and image detection element are linearly arranged for defining an optical path between an original and an image detecting element. Among the several lenses, the lens coming closest to the original is called the 1st lens, and the lens coming closest to the image detecting element the last lens. The distance between the last lens and the image detecting element is expressed by BFL, the length of the image detecting element by image height, the total light traveling length between the original and the image detecting element by TT, and the effective focal length of the optical lens device by EFL. The optical lens device satisfies the following conditions; last lens diameter/1st lens diameter >1, EFL/image height

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color digital imaging device by which a user can manually select a proper lighting condition. SOLUTION: A light source selector is provided inside the color imaging device. In the case of selecting the lighting condition, a lighting selection signal is generated to retrieve a corresponding RGB gain in a coefficient table. The color digital imaging device is provided with a color correction module to adjust the color temperature of a captured image according to the corresponding RGB gain thereby enhancing the color reproduction of an output image and with an after-shot recovery module for downloading the captured image to a computer system. In the case that a user selects a wrong light source at photographing, the after-shot recovery module can execute 2nd color correction on the basis of the recovered image signal. The captured image is recovered in to the same state as that when it has been first generated by a color sensor.
