Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for electric surgical operation for treating myoma, or more concretely, a multi-electrode device for necrotizing a mass quantity of leiomyoma of the uterus by use for one time. SOLUTION: A bipolar type electric myoma breaking device 10 for a surgical operation is provided with a thin and long shaft 14 of such a size as to be engaged in a cannula for a peritoneoscope operation to a myoma of the uterus which is also known as fibroma. The myoma breaking device 10 is designed to break a mass quantity of tissue by use for one time. A terminal end 16 of the shaft 14 has at least three electrodes 17 of such a design as to get in contact with the tissue. In a substitutional mode of execution of the myoma breaking device 10, four, six, or eight electrodes are provided. A power generator for a surgical operation is connected to the myoma breaking device 10 to provide a high frequency current to the electrodes 17. At least one electrode is connected to a first bipolar type output terminal of the power generator, and at least one of the other electrodes is connected to a second bipolar type output terminal.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to improve working efficiency, to lessen the handling of materials and to decrease the kinds of the materials to be used by providing the apparatus with a first cutting roller, take-up device, rotary press and a second die cutting roller having a die packing material around the cut edge. SOLUTION: The conductive foil stock adhered to a supporting body is un- wound from a foil supplying reel 19 and is cut by the die cutting rollers 20 and 21, by which a foil blanking body is generated. A conductive gel with which the supporting body on a gel un-winding roll 23 is coated and the supporting body are laminated integrally with the foil and the supporting body by the rollers 24 and 25, and the supporting body of the gel is peeled by a peeling plate 26. A liner is un-wound from a liner roll 27 and is pressed onto the laminate by the rollers 28 and 19. Another supporting body is un-wound from a spool 32 and is pressed to the laminate, by which a laminar sheet is formed. The sheet if let-off via the die cutting roller 17 and the return pad is cut and formed at the die cutting roller.

Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to hold tissues at many different angles and to make the electrical contact with both electrodes possible by the novel form arranging the electrodes on the respective sharing members of scissors. SOLUTION: The scissors are the bipolar scissors for electrosurgery improved in coagulation function. Both electrodes of the energy for electrosurgery are exposed on the outside surfaces 17 of the respective shearing members. The coagulation of the tissues is made possible with the one shearing member alone by using such scissors. The outside surfaces of the respective shearing members may be provided with one or >=2 conductive regions 22. These conductive regions 22 may be formed by laminating, vapor depositing or fitting conductive materials onto the outside surfaces 17. The conductive regions 22 are electrically insulated from each other. In one embodiment, the shearing surfaces 15 are conductive as well and the respective surfaces are connected to the same electrodes. In another embodiment, the conductive materials forming one of the conductive regions 22 on the respective outside surfaces extend by penetrating the shearing members and similarly form the conductive shearing surfaces 15.

Abstract: PURPOSE: To reduce time of surgery by decomposing an unnecessary biological material by impressing an electrical energy while visually watching a predetermined region in the interior of the patient's body by using a visual means, and washing, sucking and removing an isolated tissue. CONSTITUTION: An endoscopic type ultrasonic wave suction device connected to a transducer cable 130 is determined to position at the diseased part of the interior of a patient's body while viewing a display, and a scattering electrodes, i.e., a ground 234 is widely contacted on the patient's skin. And the endoscopic type ultrasonic wave suction device is optionally connected to a radio frequency(RF) generating source 232 by a double-pole double-position switch 230, and the pulse RF current of 1,500V. of a peak amplitude and approximately 500kHz of a wave shape is given under the 20kHz of a repeating velocity, an unnecessary biological tissue is dissolved. Next, a washing, a suction are carried out by changing the switches, thus a dissolved and isolated biological tissue is removed. Consequently, the time of a surgical operation can be shortened.
