PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage device with a data sharing function which comprises a memory module, a data storage space and a common program.SOLUTION: A common program has a communications module, a management module, a partition module and a transmission/reception module. The management module is used to manage a peer list. A digital content received in the present invention via the P2P technology with the mechanism of the peer list ensures reliability and safety while peers connected to any electronic products via the Internet can effectively transmit and receive data to share data without restrictions due to such factors as an actual distance and a specific electronic product.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data storage device equipped with a memory device and a loading body (carrier) without causing contact failure between an electronic component and a substrate or destruction of the electronic component by deformation or damage of a sealed rubber body at an rear end of a metal contact point of a device, even if, when insertion and removal of the device is performed by a user, the metal contact point of the device is inserted to and removed from the metal contact point inside a USB port of an electronic data exchange device toward an incomplete horizontal direction over a long period of time.SOLUTION: In the data storage device, metal contact points 12 and electronic components 13 in the memory device 10 are provided on the outer surface 112 and the inner surface 111, respectively. In addition, the loading body (carrier) 20 is coupled to the memory device 10, and may be any one of qualities of a plastic material, rubber, a polymer and a cardboard or the like, or a combination of these qualities but the data storage device has various appearance and an excellent holding system.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat radiator of an electronic circuit module capable of conducting heat generated when at least one IC chip operates to a plurality of heat transfer bodies through at least one external contact pad or at least one transfer contact pad, and discharging the heat outside the radiator by an airflow path in a housing. SOLUTION: The heat radiator of the electronic circuit module comprises a substrate, a heat radiating element, and the housing. The housing has a hollow structure and has an airflow path inside. Heat generated when an electronic component on the substrate operates is transferred to the heat radiation element and discharged to the outside of the radiator by thermal convection generated in the housing by the airflow path. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a longitudinal stacked structure which allows easy and convenient execution of a function confirmation step and an enlarging step of an IC module and can reduce the manufacturing cost furthermore. SOLUTION: An inversely alternate stacked structure 1 of integrated circuit modules includes at least one IC module 10 and at least one spring strip set 21. A substrate of each IC module has at least an external contact pad 113 provided on one end of an outer surface thereof and has at least a switch contact pad 114 provided on the other end of the outer surface. The external contact pad and the switch contact pad are disposed in an inversely symmetrical manner. The spring strip set has at least a non-flat structure. The external contact pad of one IC module is electrically connected with the switch contact pad of another IC module via the electrical contact of the non-flat structure, so that the IC modules are integrated to form an inversely alternate stacked structure. When the USB memory of a digital key is inserted into a USB socket 31 of terminal equipment 30, the terminal equipment executes an authentication program, and the connection unit of the terminal equipment checks the absence of an error in its combination with a data storage device via the network unit of the digital box and a decode (decryption) program, and the terminal equipment reads the data storage device via the network unit.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a USB device structure comprising a first package component and at least one second package component, the second package component being attached on the first package component, the first and second package components being electrically connected with each other.SOLUTION: In an inventive USB device structure, a first package component has at least one electronic component which is attached on a base plate, and a second package component has at least one electronic component which is attached on a base plate. Thereby, product yield rate can be improved, and customer's earlier delivery date and reduced costs for manufacturing and material can be realized.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an encryption flash drive including a memory module, an encryption system and a switch apparatus.SOLUTION: In a flash drive, a memory module has a substrate with which at least a memory chip and a control device are provided on its inner surface, and a plurality of metal contact points. An encryption system comprises a public program which includes at least one public area, at least one privacy area and a password setting module and is used for setting, input and password cancellation, and is accommodated in a memory chip and electrically connected to the control device, wherein a switch apparatus is electrically connected to the control device of the memory module. Therefore, the flash drive has a functionality for making digital data secret and a security capable of protecting digital data.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cascade connecting structure for flash disk with an enhanced security function. SOLUTION: The cascade structure includes a plurality of data discs and one key disc. Each of the data discs includes a public zone and a private zone matched to the key disc. When the key disk is serially connected to the data disc, the private zone is displayed, and loading and storage is performed by a public program of the key disc.
