본 발명은 비타민 B1 유도체인 티아민 라우릴 황산염(Thiamine Di-lauryl Sulfate, TDS)을 분말 상태에서 나노 입자 형태로 수용액화 하여 방제 활성이 증진되도록 한 비타민 B1 유도체 나노 입자 수용액 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 종래 비타민 B1 유도체를 수용액 상태로 사용할 경우 안정성이 낮은 문제를 개선할 수 있는 비타민 B1 유도체 나노입자 수용액 제조방법을 제공하여, 비타민 B1 유도체가 항진균제 및 농약제제로 활용됨에 있어서 그 사용량을 최소화하여도 방제 효과를 증진시킬 수 있어 우수한 생물 농약으로 활용이 가능할 것이다.

The present invention relates to an oxidized hair dye composition comprising an oxidized hair dye, a sunscreen, and at least one selected among natural substances, a calendula extract, a Ulmus macrocarpa extract, a Scutellaria baicalensis extract. More specifically, since the hair dye composition of the present invention contains a sunscreen in addition to the existing oxidized hair dye, the composition effectively prevents an oxidized dye polymer formed on the cortex of the hair from degrading by ultraviolet rays, hence delaying the decolorization of the dyed hair; thereby expecting the effects of maintaining the color of the dyed hair for a long time. Additionally, the hair dye composition is mixed with the natural substances including calendula, Ulmus macrocarpa, and Scutellaria baicalensis, thereby preventing allergic contact dermatitis caused by irritative substances contained in the hair dye. Therefore, the oxidized hair dye manufactured by a method of the present invention can be used by a person having hypersensitive skin without side effects.

The present invention relates to a decompression-recirculation high-speed steaming device and a method for producing ginseng having an increased low-molecular ginsenosides content and, more specifically, to a method for producing the ginseng in which the content of the low-molecular ginsenosides such as Rh2, Rg2, Rg3, and CK is increased by inputting ginseng into the device of the present invention and steaming the inputted ginseng under a decompression condition. When steaming ginseng by using the decompression-recirculation high-speed steaming device of the present invention, an effect of rapidly producing red ginseng by effectively increasing the low-molecular ginsenosides (Rh2, Rg2, Rg3, and CK) contained in ginseng can be obtained and an effect of having a little content of benzopyrene that is a carcinogen by not going through a repetitive steaming step for a long time as in the past. Furthermore, when steaming ginseng by using the device of the present invention, a value of the ginseng can be increased by applying the method to cheap ginseng as a huge morphologic change of ginseng is not generated. Therefore, the decompression-recirculation high-speed steaming device and method for producing ginseng having the increased low-molecular ginsenosides content of the present invention can be usefully applied in not only medicine and medical supplies but also functional food and cosmetics.

The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a functional coffee drink composition including fermented coffee products (coffee beans or by-products) and an extract thereof, and, more specifically, to a manufacturing method of a functional coffee drink composition including fermented liquid and fermented coffee residual extract, and a functional coffee drink composition manufactured thereby, wherein the fermented liquid is obtained by fermenting unprocessed coffee beans or coffee by-products, which are mostly discarded without being consumed, by using lactobacillus, and the fermented coffee residual extract is obtained by extracting the dried fermented coffee residue besides the fermented liquid, with ethanol. As the manufacturing method of the present invention is able to enhance elution of chlorogenic acid in the coffee through a simple process, the composition of the present invention manufactured through the method contains a large quantity of chlorogenic acid having a lipoperoxide production suppressing effect, cholesterol biosynthesis inhibition effect, an anti-oxidation activity, an anti-inflammatory effect and an anti-cancer effect, enabling the composition to be used as a functional coffee drink composition. Further, the manufacturing method of the present invention utilizes coffee beans, of which the unit price is cheap, or discarded coffee by-products to create novel health materials having functionalities, to provide an eco-friendly effect through the recycling of waste. The present invention relates to a method for enhancing the content of bioactive substances of a natural substance using simultaneous middle temperature extraction and a fermentation process and more specifically, in the present invention, since natural substances are fermented at 45-70°C using Bacillus coagulans, which is an edible thermophilic bacterium, and extracted at the same time, the content of effective bioactive substances is enhanced compared to the content thereof obtained by traditional fermentation, and an economic effect can be increased as the entire time required for the process is shortened. Thus, the effective bioactive substances can be effectively extracted from natural substances which have undergone simultaneous middle temperature extraction and fermentation and can be used for manufacturing health functional foods, pharmaceutical products, and cosmetics.

본 발명은 복합 균주를 이용한 산삼배양근 발효물의 제조방법 및 상기 발효물을 함유한 기능성 화장료 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 보다 구체적으로 본 발명은 락토바실러스 에시도필러스( Lactobacillus acidophilus ), 비피도박테리아 롱검( Bifidobacterium Longum ) 및 락토바실러스 람노서스 HK-9( Lactobacillus rhamnosus HK-9)으로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택되는 하나 이상의 균주를 이용하여 발효시킨 산삼배양근의 발효 추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하고 상기 발효 추출물은 화장료 조성물 총 중량에 대하여 0.001~20 중량%로 포함된 화장료 조성물; 및 (a) 산삼배양근과 MRS 배양 배지를 1:10 중량비로 혼합하는 단계; (b) 락토바실러스 람노서스 HK-9( Lactobacillus rhamnosus HK-9)를 상기 배양 배지의 5 중량%의 농도로 접종하고 24시간 동안 배양하는 단계; (c) 락토바실러스 에시도필러스( Lactobacillus acidophilus )를 추가로 접종하고, 멸균된 MRS 배지를 250ml 첨가한 다음, 12시간 동안 배양 하는 단계; 및 (d) 멸균된 MRS 배지 250ml을 추가로 첨가한 후, 비피도박테리아 롱검( Bifidobacterium Longum ) 균주를 접종하고 24시간 동안 배양하면서 발효시키는 단계를 포함하는 산삼배양근의 발효물을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명의 방법으로 제조된 산삼배양근의 발효물은 베타-글루코시다제 효소의 활성을 증진시켜 발효물 내에 Rg3, Rh2 및 Compound K 함량을 증진시킬 수 있어 피부미백 및 주름개선을 위한 화장품의 제조에 사용할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition for anti-wrinkle, skin whitening, and anti-acne effects which includes ginsenoside F2 as an active ingredient. The ginsenoside F2 of the present invention has: anti-wrinkle effects by promoting fibroblast proliferation, increasing collagen synthesis, and hindering elastase; skin whitening effects by suppressing melanin synthesis and tyrosinase; and acne improving effects through antibiosis activities for propionebacteriumacne which is a pathogen related to acne and staphylococcusaureus which is a suppurative bacterium so that the composition of the present invention including the ginsenoside F2 as the active ingredient can effectively improve anti-wrinkle, skin whitening, and anti-acne effects and be used as a functional cosmetic composition.
