Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication structure which allows a flexible communication topology and additionally provides a reduction in hardware change. SOLUTION: The communication structure has a communication controller which has a synchronization unit, a first interface and a second interface. For data exchange, a first interface and a second interface are connected to a communication system through a first I/O connection and a second I/O connection, respectively. In the communication system which has at least one further user or unit, the first interface and the second interface of the communication controller has a variable function. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for dynamically configuring a user interface 20 of a functional module of a control platform having a plurality of connection terminals to connect amount of action. SOLUTION: Connection terminals of the first and second groups are selected from the plurality of connection terminals uniquely to user and dynamically, connection terminals S1, S2, S3 of the first group are arranged and instructed in the user interface and connection terminals of the second group are faded out in the user interface. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for dealing with the transfer of data that cannot be transferred within a single telegram, in the method for controlling the transfer of massive valid data transferred via a field-bus system. SOLUTION: The method includes: segmenting massive valid data transferred into a plurality of partial telegrams if the maximum amount of the valid data set to data telegrams is smaller than the amount of the valid data to be transferred, and continuously transferring the partial telegrams with defined sequences of the partial telegrams. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for allocating a device address to a sub station of a network. SOLUTION: The sub stations of the network are connected via point-to-point connections, and includes the steps of: a main station transmitting an initializing telegram to the sub stations, the initializing telegram including part of the device address; detecting an adjusted communication address of the sub stations; generating a complete device address depending on the received part of the device address and the communication address; and a device transmitting a response telegram including the communication address and/or the device address to the main station. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved method of detecting a web tension free from such problems as in a precedence technique. SOLUTION: In this method, web tensions S2, S3, S4 in the at least one second web tension sections 112, 113, 114 are detected in one product web 101 having at least two of web tension section 111 and the web tension sections 112, 113, 114, and the web tensions S2, S3, S4 in the at least one second web tension sections 112, 113, 114 are determined based on detected web tension S1 of the at least one first web tension section 111, in type one of detecting the web tension S1 of the at least one first web tension section 111. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such a printing correction method as compensates the manufacturing error of a relief printing plate and a displacement in the laying of the relief printing plate, by improving a method by which a printing mark is printed on matter-to-be-printed 10 by using a registration device for a multicolor printer and detected by a sensor, or an printing image is at least partially detected according to image evaluation, by which evaluation is performed in the registration device, and by which respective different printing lengths among the individual printers are compensated by controlling the motion of the matter-to-be-printed, or individual printers and/or the correction of the carrying of a web. SOLUTION: At least one of first printing marks 51 and at least one of second printing marks 52 are printed in every production and printing step; the first and second printing marks are compared with a reference point or a reference area so that registration can be performed; and/or the registration is performed on the basis of comparison between comparison image data and data acquired from the detection of the printing image. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of attaining synchronization even when a telegram including synchronizing information causes a transmission error by avoiding defects of prior arts and improving a synchronization method of a form mentioned at the beginning of the description. SOLUTION: Composite synchronizing information is formed from synchronizing information items of at least two telegrams and used for synchronizing a second participant with a central participant. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solving method easily extendable and manageable for a redundant communication network by avoiding drawbacks of conventional techniques. SOLUTION: In a method for causing the redundant communication network including network subscriber apparatuses to operate, each network subscriber apparatus uses a telegram to check a network channel to which the network subscriber apparatus is connected, by itself. Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of identifying defects of a participant with high reliability by avoiding defects of prior arts and improving a data transmission method of a form mentioned at the beginning of the description. SOLUTION: A central participant sets a predetermined entry to a position of a telegram corresponding to at least one second participant, and at least the second participant inserts data to be transmitted to the central participant to the telegram in a way that the entry set by the central participant is partially overwritten. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of adjusting the tension of a commodity web capable of improving product quality while a product volume is increased and the cost of the web when the type of the web is changed is low. SOLUTION: In this method, adjustment loop parameters are determined and the tension of the commodity web moved by a conveying device is adjusted by a web tension adjustment part. The adjustment loop parameters for the web tension adjustment part are determined according to characteristic curves capable of being set as functions and/or at a plurality of support positions.
