PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost tube which satisfies demand imposed on an air brake piping relating to the resistance to chemicals, engine oils, zinc chloride and scattered salt, and which has high burst pressure strength and low-temperature impact resistance. SOLUTION: The tube comprises the following layers: I. an outer layer comprising a molding material including up to at least 40 mass%, up to at least 45 mass%, up to at least 50 mass%, up to at least 55 mass%, or up to at least 60 mass% of a polyamide a monomer unit of which has at least eight, at least nine, or at least ten carbon atoms; II. optionally a layer which comprises an adhesive molding material; and III. a layer which comprises a polypropylene molding material. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conduit which can be effectively heated and may therefore be used for conveying oil in cold regions.SOLUTION: A flexible pipe has a multilayer structure and comprises, in order from inside to outside, following layers: an interior lining; at least two reinforcement layers made of metal; and an exterior coating. In between two reinforcement layers, there is at least one layer of a conductive plastic material. The layer of the conductive plastic material is electrically connected to both reinforcement layers, and further two reinforcement layers can be connected an electric power source.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means of manufacturing easily a composite member containing a component comprising a molding material based on higher polyamide without sharing an adhesive auxiliary, and at the same time with avoiding the defects, and having little influence on the manufacturing process as much as possible. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the composite member containing the following parts: (a) a member comprising the molding material containing polyamide which is completely or partially at least 40% by mass, and wherein a monomer unit has at least 8 C atoms on average, and (b) a member comprising other molding materials, at least one of the parts (a) and (b) is treated with open-air plasma on a contact surface before the manufacturing of a composite, and thereafter, the other part is solved by an integral molding method. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible pipe which can be effectively heated and may therefore be used for conveying oil in cold regions.SOLUTION: A flexible pipe comprises in order from inside to outside a plurality of layers: an interior lining; at least one reinforcement layer; and further, in between two layers, another layer composed of a wound tape; and at least one reinforcement layer. The tape contains: a first exterior layer 1 of a plastics molding material that is not electrically conductive; an intermediate layer 2 of a conductive plastic molding material, whose volume resistivity to IEC 60093 is in the range from 10to 10Ωm; and a second exterior layer 3 of a plastics molding material that is not electrically conductive. In the intermediate layer, at least two metallic conductors 4 are embedded along an entire length of the tape in such a way that, the two conductors do not touch one another.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a rod high in dimension accuracy in diameter and linearity, in particular, a circular rod having the above advantage.SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing the rod includes: a step of extrusion-molding a plastic profile from a first plastic molding material which forms an outermost layer and of which at least the 50 mass% is made from partially crystalline thermoplastic resin; a step of filling the profile just after the extrusion-molding of the profile with a second plastic molding material, in a calibrator; and a step of sizing, taking off, and cooling the newly formed rod. In the method for manufacturing the rod, the first plastic molding material has characteristic values in which a crystallite melting point Tis at least 170°C, a crystallization temperature Tis lower than the Tby 70K at maximum, and molten enthalpy ΔH is at least 20 J/g. The rod is suitable for, in particular, a semi-finished product for manufacturing a completed member by cutting the product.

SOLUTION: A tool free production process comprises; preparing a molded member containing a filler or a reinforcement, preparing the decorative film of which at least a surface part is single layered or multilayered, and welding them under electromagnetic incident. The surface of the molded member produced e.g. by a rapid prototyping at a first step in the production process of the surface decorated molded member is decorated afterward.
