    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a leather coating composition comprising or consisting of a hydrosilylation curable silicone elastomer composition designed to be used as a topcoat for a synthetic leather material, particularly a silicone-based synthetic leather composite material. A silicone coating as a topcoat for a synthetic leather material which is the cured product of the composition, methods of making the topcoat, synthetic leather material utilizing same and uses of the synthetic leather material products are also disclosed. The topcoat is designed to provide a highly crosslinked silicone matrix containing silicon-free organic micro-particles to minimize or at least decrease change in gloss after abrasion. The leather coating composition comprises a hydrosilylation curable silicone elastomer composition, comprising: (i) at least one organopolysiloxane polymer; (ii) a reinforcing silica filler; (iii) a silicone resin cross-linker having terminal (M) groups comprising silicone bonded hydrogen; (iv) a hydrosilylation catalyst; and (v) silicon-free organic microparticles.

    Abstract: A coating composition is disclosed. The coating composition generally provides a coating which is easy to clean, e.g. from an oil stain. The coating composition contains, based on the solid contents of the coating composition; (A) 72 to 90 weight % of a methylpolysiloxane resin; (B) 3 to 8 weight % of a polydimethylsiloxane; (C) 7 to 18 weight % of a silane adhesion promoter with a specific chemical structure; and (D) 0.1 to 0.3 weight % of a catalyst. The coating composition optionally contains (E) a reaction product of a composition containing diisocyanate and polydimethylsiloxane. The coating composition optionally contains (F) a fluorinated silane, in addition or alternate to component (E).

    Abstract: A thermal interface material is provided. The thermal interface material comprises: (A) a polyolefin having at least two hydroxy groups per molecule; (B) at least one thermally conductive filler; (C) a phase change material with a melting point of 25 to 150° C.; and (D) a coupling agent. A content of component (B) is at least 80 mass %, a content of component (C) is 0.01 to 1 mass %, and a content of component (D) is 0.1 to 1 mass %, each based on a total mass of the thermal interface material. The thermal interface material becomes softer as its temperature increases. Meanwhile, the thermal interface material generally does not exhibit pumping-out in electronic devices during power cycling.
