    Abstract: An apparatus and method for configuring a transmission resource of a beam failure recovery request, apparatus and method for responding a beam failure recovery request, and a communications system. The apparatus for configuring a transmission resource of a beam failure recovery request includes: a configuring unit configured to transmit configuration information to user equipment, the configuration information being used to configure a transmission resource of a beam failure recovery request related to coordination network equipment. The apparatus for responding a beam failure recovery request includes: a responding unit configured to transmit response information related to a beam failure recovery request of coordination network equipment to user equipment. A case where beam failure occurs in the coordination network equipment may be dealt with efficiently, and normal communications between the network equipment and the user equipment may be ensured.

In a case where radio link failure occurs in a master base station and a signaling radio bearer of a secondary base station is still available, or a physical layer issue or random access issue occurs in a primary cell but a secondary cell is still available, by transmitting the information on the failure of the master base station and/or the primary cell or autonomously recovering the master base station and/or the primary cell by a UE, the cell or base station where the radio link failure occurs may be quickly changed, connection with the network side may be recovered, and data loss may be reduced.

    Abstract: Embodiments of this disclosure provide an information transmission method and apparatus and a system. The method is applicable to a terminal, the terminal being configured with a first type of resource pool for transmitting first type of information and a second type of resource pool for transmitting second type of information; wherein, the method includes: when the terminal is triggered to transmit information, it selects resources for transmitting the information from the configured first type of resource pool or second type of resource pool according to an attribute of the information; and transmits the information by using the selected resources. With the embodiments of this disclosure, it may be ensured that the terminal will not miss detecting a type of information due to a semi-duplexing problem, such as detecting resources for transmitting emergency information, thereby increasing utilization of resources, and improving reliability of V2V communications.

    Abstract: A resource configuration method and apparatus of reference signal and a communications system. The resource configuration method includes: configuring one or more resources by a base station for a first reference signal which is precoded with one or more beam weighting coefficients, and configuring one or more resources for a second reference signal which is not precoded with one or more beam weighting coefficients or precoding of which is unknown to a UE; and transmitting one or more resource configurations of the first reference signal and one or more resource configurations of the second reference signal to the UE. Hence, a 3D MIMO system may flexibly support reference signals of multiple types.
