Abstract:
In a forwarding method, at least one ARQ block contained in a first PDU is fragmented into a plurality of ARQ sub-blocks, and at least one second PDU is generated from the plurality of ARG sub-blocks. The second PDU contains an extension header and also a payload containing at least some of the ARQ sub-blocks from among the plurality of ARQ sub-blocks. The extension header contains a field showing the sequence number of the first ARQ sub-block belonging to the payload.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a method in which a base station that supports multiple carriers transmits a paging message. The base station determines a first time for transmitting information associated with a multicast broadcast service (MBS), and transmits the information associated with an MBS at the first time via a first carrier. The base station determines a second time for transmitting a paging message to a mobile station, determines a second carrier for transmitting the paging message to the mobile station, and transmits the paging message at the second time via the second carrier. The second time is different from the first time.
Abstract:
Provided is a method in which a base station updates system information using a superframe structure in a wireless communication system. The method comprises: a step of transmitting a primary header containing system scheduling information related to updating system information; and a step of transmitting an updated secondary header. User equipment may determine when to apply the updated system information using the information applied in the secondary header.
Abstract:
A base station transmits, to a mobile station, a first message comprising an index for a plurality of carriers and data for a plurality of carriers. The base station transmits, to the mobile station, a second message comprising a bitmap showing whether each of the plurality of carriers corresponds to a paging carrier used in the transmission of a paging message. The base station selects a paging transmission carrier for the mobile station from a plurality of carriers corresponding to paging carriers, and transmits a paging message via the selected paging transmission carrier.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a data-transmitting apparatus, which transmits a first control message to a data-receiving apparatus so as to allocate a first carrier serving as a subcarrier to the data-receiving apparatus, wherein said first control message contains information that the data-receiving apparatus requires for receiving multicast broadcast service (MBS) data. After the successful transmission of the first control message, the data-transmitting apparatus activates the first carrier to transmit MBS data to the data-receiving apparatus without the process of exchanging a second control message for activating a carrier. The data-transmitting apparatus transmits MBS data to the data-receiving apparatus via the first carrier.
Abstract:
Provided is a management method for a user terminal MBS settings data, wherein an MBS setting message, which contains settings data for MBS operation and the effective period, is decoded, and the MBS settings message, which is transmitted at the moment designated by the effective period, is subsequently decoded again.
Abstract:
According to one embodiment of the present invention, a method in which a terminal acquires data about superframe headers in neighbouring base station advertisement messages comprises the steps of: receiving, from a serving base station, a neighbouring base station advertisement message in which data relating to superframe headers has been set differentiated according to carrier wave; and acquiring, from the neighbouring base station advertisement message, carrier-wave-differentiated data relating to the superframe headers of the carrier waves; and if, in the process of acquiring the data relating to the superframe headers of the carrier waves, a predetermined field has been set to a specific value, then data relating to the superframe header of the relevant carrier wave is acquired by using data relating to the superframe header of the previous carrier wave.
Abstract:
The base station control method according to the present invention is a control method for controlling the operating mode of the base station, comprising the steps of: judging whether a terminal is not present inside a cell controlled by the base station; and running in a low-duty operation mode (LDM) if the terminal is not present in the cell.
Abstract:
Provided is a method in which a terminal makes a request for neighbor base station information in a wireless communication system. The method comprises: a step of searching for neighbor base stations as an object for the handover of the terminal; a step of transmitting, to a serving base station, preamble information on the base station searched for by the terminal from among the neighbor base stations and a list request message containing a neighbor base station list request indicator for indicating a request for information on neighbor base stations; and a step of receiving, from the serving base station, a response list message containing neighbor base station identification information and system information.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for providing reliable service in a wireless communication system. The method comprises the steps of: broadcasting, to a terminal, service disability information which shows that a femto base station is not able to provide a service; and setting cell bar indication for indicating that the entry to the femto base station is prohibited. The service disability information includes identification information on a recommended base station which is another base station that the terminal is able to enter. In addition, the present invention provides a method for receiving reliable service by a terminal in a wireless communication system. The method comprises a step of receiving, from a femto base station, service disability information which shows that a service is not able to be provided to the terminal, wherein the service disability information includes identification information on at least one recommended base station which is another base station that the terminal can enter, and the terminal attempts to enter one of the at least one recommended base stations on the basis of the service disability information.
