Abstract: An electric window covering has a covering material, a driving device, a microcontroller, a position detecting module and a trigger detecting module. The position detecting module detects a position of a lower end of the covering material to generate a position information. The microcontroller compares the position information with a reference position to generate a position relationship with respect to the reference position. The trigger detecting module detects whether the covering material is moved by an external force for generating a detecting result. When the microcontroller determines that a trigger event is received according to the detecting result, the microcontroller configures the driving device to move the covering material according to the position relationship and the trigger event.

Abstract: A window covering cutting apparatus includes a supporting base, a mounting base, a cutting device, a size positioning device, an input device, an output device, a storage device and a signal processing circuit. The signal processing circuit calculates acquired information including product information, a mounting mode, cutting size information and a position detecting value to generate adjusted position information and target position information, and displays them on the output device. The size positioning device is adjusted until the adjusted position information equals to the target position information, after which the signal processing circuit sets the cutting device to cut the window covering to the required size. Since a correct cutting position of the window covering is obtained by the calculation of the signal processing circuit, a risk of cutting the window covering to a wrong size due to miscalculation by users is reduced.

Abstract: A charging system for an electric window covering, which includes a motorized assembly controlling the movement of the electric window covering, and a power supply device including a rechargeable power unit and a first remaining power detection circuit is disclosed. The charging system comprises a charging device which provides power to the power supply device, a comparison module, and a notification unit. The first remaining power detection circuit detects the potential magnitude of the power unit, and the detected value is transmitted to the comparison module to be compared. If the potential magnitude is less than a predetermined threshold, a warning is presented at a notification unit. By actively presenting the warning to the user when the power of the power unit is low, the power supply device and the charging system can achieve the objectives of providing an active notification and extending the run-time of the power unit.

Abstract: A remote control used for opening and closing a covering assembly of an electric window treatment includes a main body, which includes a fixed unit, a rotating unit, and a detector. The fixed unit includes a first input unit which can be pressed. When the first input unit is pressed, it generates a first input signal to control the movement of the covering assembly. The rotating unit surrounds an external periphery of the fixed unit, and is rotatable relative to the fixed unit. The detector detects the rotation of the rotating unit relative to the fixed unit, and accordingly generates a second input signal to control the movement of the covering assembly. Whereby, a user can control the covering assembly in either way, and therefore the remote control is more flexible and convenient than conventional remote controls.

After the extension object and the overhead frame are disengaged, the rechargeable battery still provides electric power to the motorized assembly for controlling the movement of the covering material.

Abstract: A cutting module adapted to trim a covering material of a window covering is disclosed, including a main body, a blade, and an elastic holding member. The main body has a first side, a second side, and a through hole communicating the first and the second sides, wherein the through hole can be passed through by the covering material. The blade is provided corresponding to the second side, and can be moved back and forth. The blade has a cutting edge, which passes over the through hole as the blade slides, whereby to cut off a part of the covering material beyond the second side. The elastic holding member is provided corresponding to the through hole to maintain the covering material at a predetermined position for cutting.

Abstract: A window covering system and a calibration method therefor are provided for generating a safe distance between a middle rail and a lower rail according to status of a first lifting cord. The calibration method includes moving the middle and lower rails upwardly until reaching their initial positions, moving down the lower rail a predetermined distance and storing the detected position thereof as a first position, moving down the middle rail until a switch transmits a first signal as the first lifting cord running through the switch becomes loose, moving up the middle rail until the switch stops transmitting the first signal as the first lifting cord becomes tense, storing the detected position of the middle rail as a second position, and generating the safe distance according to the first and the second positions such that the middle rail is prevented from being pushed by the lower rail.
