    Abstract: PURPOSE:To immediately display a reproduced image without any drifting in synchronization by supplying to a monitor a video signal including a composite synchronizing signal while keeping in-phase with the vertical phase of reproduction during accessing to a track. CONSTITUTION:When switching a black burst signal BB to a reproduced signal PB upon completion of an access to a track, a reference synchronization generator 4 is reset with the phase of a reproduced horizontal synchronizing signal immediately before the switching. In result of this reset, the horizontal phase of a reference synchronizing signal REF is obtained upon the completion of the track-accessing, and made synchronize with the horizontal phase of the reproduced signal. Thus the horizontal phase of a black burst signal is synchronized with a reproduced signal immediately before the switching from the black burst signal BB to the reproduced signal PB. Therefore, there occurs no H-skew in a picture immediately after the switching, that is, the switching is executed extremely stably.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain compatibility between a standard size memory card and a small memory card in a system for the memory card and electronic equipment. SOLUTION: The small memory card 21 is provided with approximately the same width, approximately a half length, a connector 4 approximately in the same shape and a groove 10 for ejection formed approximately on the same position on the side in comparison with the standard size memory card. A connector 14 to be connected with a connector of the standard size memory card and an ejection pawl 15a to be inserted into the groove for ejection formed on the standard size memory card are provided in a card insertion hole 43 of the electronic equipment 42. The connector 14 of the card insertion hole 43 can exactly connect even the small memory card 21 as is the case with the standard memory card and the ejection pawl 15a of the card insertion hole 43 can insert even the small memory card 21 into the groove 10 for ejection as is the case with the standard size memory.     Abstract: PURPOSE: To provide the memory card with built-in SRAM for which capacity is enlarged and power consumption is reduced. CONSTITUTION: In the backup primary power source exchange process of the memory card with built-in SRAM, a backup primary power supply electrode and a backup primary power supply electrode to be exchanged are exchanged while parallelly touching 12a-12c as metal spring members provided at a backup primary power source housing part and also as (+) electrode terminals and a (-) electrode terminal 11. Besides, the counter wall surfaces of the backup primary power source housing part in the backup primary power source inserting direction are inclined. Therefore, a conventionally required backup secondary power source is unnecessitated, an SRAM or the like can be extended at that part, and the large capacity card can be provided. Besides, the wall surfaces of the backup primary power source housing part are inclined so that a backup primary power source can be smoothly ejected and inserted.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: To provide a memory card capable of accurately detecting whether a backup power supply is loaded or not and previously preventing the loss of data. CONSTITUTION: When a PC card 1 is connected to a PC system 3, a detection signal S1 indicating a connection state is outputted from a voltage comparator 11 in a power supply control circuit 10 to a power supply controller 13, a power supply changing switch 14 is switched so as to connect a power supply 30 to an SRAM 21 under the control of the controller 13 and power supply voltage VCC is supplied from the power supply 30 to the SRAM 21. If a backup power supply 17 is not loaded and a leakage current is generated in an output terminal 17a, the leakage current is allowed to flow into a resistor 18 and consumed. A voltage comparator 12 can accurately detect whether the backup power supply 17 is thereby loaded or not.

An adapter 22 formed to have the same length, width, and thickness as the memory card 21 is freely detachably connected to the first side 21b on the side opposite to the connector side of the half-sized memory card 21 by a connection part 23.

    Abstract: PURPOSE:To visually confirm still pictures even if the still picture display is switched at a high speed, by displaying the still picture on a prescribed recording track for a prescribed time or longer and displaying the next still picture thereafter. CONSTITUTION:A track data output circuit 16 outputs track data DT indicating the track number in accordance with rotation operation signals S1-S3 from a rotating dial 13. A head driving circuit 10 moves a reproducing head 6 on a basis of a control signal DS1 from a driving control circuit 20 and moves the reproducing head 6 in accordance with signals S1-S3 after a prescribed time T2 elapses. A reproduced signal processing circuit 8 receives a reproduced output signal SP through a regenerative amplifying circuit 7 to display the still picture, which is recorded on the recording track of a magnetic disc 2, on a monitor 9. Thus, the still picture on the pertinent recording track is seen for the minimum time T2 even if the rotating dial 13 is operated at a high speed, and contents of the still picture are easily confirmed.
