PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation device for an electric blind capable of adjusting the angle of slats in the same direction by a common operation irrespective of the mounting position. SOLUTION: In this operation device for an electric blind, an operation switch 11 comprises a raising button 13 and a lowering button 14 for raising and lowering the slats and a button for adjusting the angle of the slats. A slat lifting operation and a slat angle adjusting operation are performed by operating the operation switch 11 through a control part in a head box. Each of the raising button 13 and the lowering button 14 has a push button function and a touch switch function for performing the slat lifting operation and the slat angle adjusting operation. The slat raising operation and the slat rotating operation in one direction are performed with the raising button 13. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method for an electric blind capable of properly blocking direct light without making a resident feel a discomforting feeling.SOLUTION: A slat is turned to an angle for blocking direct light, when first determination means 5 for determining the presence or absence of current direct light determines the presence of direct light. The slat is turned to an angle for blocking the direct light, in the case where second determination means 5 determines that brightness in a position except a solar position greatly fluctuates, when the first determination means 5 determines the absence of the current direct light.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slat angle adjusting device for a vertical blind, allowing continuous angle adjustment to an angle following the sun without reversing the slats, while overlapping both sides of the adjacent slats in the totally closed state to intercept outside light. SOLUTION: The vertical blind has a large number of slats turnably suspension-supported from a suspension frame. The slats can be operated to turn in the same phase by a turning device, and when the slats are turned into the totally closed direction, both side parts of the slat overlaps with the adjacent slats. A turning device 2b for every other slat is provided with an interference impeding means 13 not interfering with turning of the adjacent slats in a position to interfere with turning of the adjacent slats. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide equipment for controlling an electric blind, which enables even an operation command content display device of an operating switch to accurately display a state of the blind. SOLUTION: This electric blind includes: the operating switch 4 which comprises input devices 9, 10, 12 and 13 for inputting an operator guidance position of a solar shading material of the electric blind, and operator guidance position display devices 11 and 14 for displaying the operator guidance position; and a control unit for driving the solar shading material on the basis of the operator guidance position. The operating switch 4 is equipped with a state display means 23 for detecting a position to drive the solar shading material by the control unit, so as to display the position on the operator guidance position display devices 11 and 14. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller for electric blind capable of coping with changes of the direction for driving a solar radiation screening member without changing the connection form of a position detection means for detecting a position of the solar radiation screening member and a control part for controlling the operation for moving the solar radiation screening member. SOLUTION: This electric blind is provided with the solar radiation screening member operated and moved by driving force of motors 8, 13, the position detection means 19, 20 for detecting travel positions of the solar radiation screening member, operation means 23, 26 for outputting order signals for ordering travel of the solar radiation screening member, and the control part 22 for controlling the motors based on detection signals outputted by the position detection means and the order signals.
