PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration in visibility due to arrangement of wiring to apply voltage to an electrode layer while simplifying a manufacturing process and preventing reduction of a yield. SOLUTION: In an information display, display electrodes 11a-11p aligned via gaps and a transparent electrode 21 are arranged face to face via an information display layer 30, and when one of first and second voltages is selectively applied to the display electrodes 11a-11p, mutually different two colors are displayed individually in an area facing the display electrodes, to which a first voltage is applied, of the information display layer 30 and in an area facing the display electrodes, to which the second voltage is applied, of the information display layer 30 when the information display layer 30 is observed from one face side. In the information display, wires 12a-12p to apply voltage to a plurality of display electrodes 11a-11p are disposed in the gaps, and in an information display layer 20, an area facing the gaps is colored in a color including a neutral color between the two colors.
