PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transmitting/receiving device that can easily perform data exchange of a profile.SOLUTION: A data transmitting/receiving device comprises a storage unit 20 for storing a profile which is owner information. The data transmitting/receiving device also comprises a PROFILE control unit 12 for controlling transmission of a profile to another data transmitting/receiving device which is an object which the profile is mutually transmitted to and received from and which the profile is exchanged with, and reception of the profile from the other data transmitting/receiving device. In addition, the data transmitting/receiving device comprises a radio control unit 18 for controlling radio communication with the other data transmitting/receiving device. If a profile is received at first, the PROFILE control unit 12 is activated before it starts receiving the profile from the other data transmitting/receiving device.

SOLUTION: The wireless device carrying out communication by using a plurality of subcarriers and assuming the other wireless device as a destination includes a request signal receiving means 120 for requesting information relating to receiving conditions, a measuring means 140 for measuring an amount of interferences, a selecting means 150 for selecting a subcarrier for use in the transmission of a notification signal for notifying the amount of interference in response to the amount of interference, and a transmitting means 130 for transmitting the notification signal to the wireless device to which the request signal is transmitted by using the selected subcarrier with a lapse of a first period after request signal reception. SOLUTION: A wireless communication device 101 transmits a terminal identification information request signal 11 to wireless communication devices 102-108 in order to request transmission of a terminal identification information signal having a terminal identification field consisting of a plurality of sub-fields. At least one of the wireless communication devices 102-108 selects any one of the plurality of sub-fields on the basis of the reception intensity of the terminal identification information request signal 11 and generates one of terminal identification information signals 12-14 by setting a signal into a predetermined sub-channel in the selected sub-field so as to transmit it to the wireless communication device 101. SOLUTION: The radio communication device comprises: a means 20 for multiplexing the data frame and sending it to a plurality of radio terminals; and a means 20 for receiving an acknowledgement frame from the plurality of radio terminals. The completion of receiving the acknowledgement frame from the plurality of radio terminals are synchronous with each other.
