Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely and appropriately carry out diagnosis of lifetime about the changes in the detection sensitivity of a neutron detector, in a system for diagnosing the lifetime of the neutron detector, in order to optimize the updating of the neutron detector, with respect to the periodical inspection span of an electric power plant, and to reduce the cost. SOLUTION: A mean-square voltage MSV of the neutron detector 1 is measured with a measuring circuit 4, and the lifetime of the neutron detector 1 is evaluated by a neutron detector lifetime evaluating device 7, based on the measured data of the measuring circuit 4; and a detector-updating scheduled inspection span of the electric power plant is determined from the lifetime of the neutron detector 1, obtained by the neutron detector lifetime evaluating device 7 and from periodical inspection plan data of the electric power plant produced by a power plant scheduled inspection planning device 9. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out the optimal role sharing of a power company/plant maker/cooperation company or the like to obtain the balance of costs/quality, and to bring it close to each target. SOLUTION: When a power generating principal uses a power generating plant, the sharing arrangement of maintenance work sharing associated with the maintenance of the plant is supported among the power generating principal, a plant manufacturing principal, and the other principals. This method comprises: a requested quality information inputting process for inputting requested quality information associated with requested quality concerning a maintenance work requested by the power generating main body to an electronic computer; a temporary sharing information inputting process for temporarily inputting temporary sharing information associated with the sharing of the maintenance work to the electronic computer; a cost calculating process for calculating the costs of each principal sharing the maintenance work based on the temporary sharing information and the requested quality information; a sharing changing process for calculating overall costs based on the costs of each principal calculated by the cost calculating process, and for changing the sharing of the maintenance work to a direction in which the overall costs are minimized; and an output process for outputting the costs of each sharing and principal as the result of the sharing change process. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superconductive wire material with a small diameter of filament for reducing the breakage of the filament during drawing. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a superconductive wire material comprises the step of winding a Nb-based metal sheet and an A1 based metal sheet put thereon on a core material, the step of inserting the core material into a first Cu based metal pipe to form a single core billet, the step of drawing the single core billet to manufacture a single core wire, the step of storing a plurality of single core wires in a second Cu based metal pipe to form a multi-core billet, the step of drawing the multi-core billet to manufacture a multi-core wire, and the step of giving heat treatment to the multi-core wire. The core material is alumina dispersed reinforcing copper, alumina dispersed reinforcing copper coated with copper, CuNb alloy, NbTi alloy, or Ta.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxide superconducting wire having a heightened strength of such a structure that a wire processing is possible and oxygen can be supplied to oxide superconducting powder at the time of a fusion heat treatment. SOLUTION: A slitted silver alloy layer 3 is provided in part of a pipe 4 for heightening the strength. A silver foil 2 is installed on the inside of the pipe 4, and a calcinated body 1 to become an oxide superconductor after heat treatment is laid in the center of the pipe 4. According to this configuration, processing can be executed without risk that the silver alloy is crushed by the pipe 4, and because oxygen is supplied through the slitted silver alloy layer 3 at the time of fusion heat treatment, it is practicable to maintain the performance of the oxide superconductor.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the breakdown strength characteristic, and to prevent the increase in the depth of a box body by connecting a connecting conductor for a gas-insulated metal closing switchgear on the ground side of a grounding switch by a disconnector- side conductor, in which one side is curved in an approximately L shape, and joining the connecting conductor with a grounding conductor by a grounding-side conductor, in which the other side is curved in the approximately L shape. SOLUTION: A connecting conductor 14 on the lower side is fixed onto the upper terminal of an insulating spacer 12 by bolts 15. The left side of the connecting conductor 14 on the upper side is superposed on the left side of the upper end of the connecting conductor 14 and joined by the bolt 15, and lastly the connecting conductor 14 is conjoined with the terminal of a grounding switch 5. Consequently, the connecting conductor 14 on the upper side is curved gently in the upper section of the connecting conductor 14 on the lower side, and the connecting conductor 14 on the lower side is also curved gently on the left side of the bolt 15 clamped to the insulating spacer 12. As a result, withstand voltage characteristics with a winding on the inside of a current transformer 4 can be improved, and a gap G can be narrowed. Accordingly, the depth of the gas-insulated metal closing switchgear can be decreased.

PURPOSE:To reduce the site space of a power plant by disposing natural circulation type exhaust heat recovery heat exchangers in blocks of two, and forming the opposed side walls of the heat exchangers into walls with sound absorbing effect. CONSTITUTION:A single-shaft type or multishaft type combined cycle power plant has gas turbines 1, steam turbines 2 and natural circulation type exhaust heat recovery heat exhangers 4. The natural circulation type exhaust heat recovery heat exchangers 4 installed outside of the main building B of this power plant are installed in blocks of two, so that outdoor space can be made small. At least one of the mutually opposed side walls of two natural circulation type exhaust heat recovery heat exchangers installed as one block is formed into the wall with sound absorbing effect. The site area of the power plant can be thus reduced, and the level of noise generated by the natural circulation type exhaust heat recovery heat exchangers 4 can be lowered.

PURPOSE:To provide an oxide superconductive wire material of excellent perfor mance by forming a metallic outer peripheral coating body of Ag or Ag-M alloy (wherein M is at least one kind selected from Au, Pd, Pt) as a main component and of an Ag group alloy containing specific weight % of at least one kind selected from Mg, Al, Si, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Nb, Cd, In, Sn. CONSTITUTION:Respective powder of Bi2O3, PbO, SrCO3, CaCO3 CuO is mixed with each other at a mol ratio of 0.9 : 0.3 : 2 : 2 : 3, heat treated for 24 hours at, for example, 800 deg.C, and pulverized in a ball mill to obtain a calcination. On the other hand, Mg is added to pure Ag, melted to obtain a rod, then cast, heat treated at a specified temperature in the Ar atmosphere, and subjected to cutting work to obtain an alloy made pipe of 1 weight % Ag having, for example, 6mm outer diameter and 4mm inner diameter. In this wire material, 0.2% proof stress of, for example, 20 kg/mm or larger, a sufficient elongation characteristic and a high critical current density can be obtained, and characteristic deterioration due to stress and strain is not generated.
