PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographed image composition and display device capable of displaying a subject by a stereoscopic image causing little fatigue of eyes, while displaying a tomographic image of the subject on the same sight line.SOLUTION: A photographed image composition and display device 3 comprises: image input means 30 for inputting a subject element image group being a group of element images photographed by an integral stereoscopic image photographing device 1 and tomographic images of the subject stored beforehand in a tomographic image storage device 2; stereoscopic image display means 330 for displaying the subject element image group as an integral stereoscopic image; tomographic image display means 331 for displaying tomographic images; and composition means 332 for synthesizing video light displayed by the stereoscopic image display means 330 and video light displayed by the tomographic image display means 331 on an optical path.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device in an avalanche multiplication system with which sensitivity is greatly improved without increasing thickness of a photoconduction film and apply voltage to the photoconduction film and which realizes high photoelectric conversion efficiency and stable avalanche multiplication at the same time.SOLUTION: An imaging device comprises: a first translucent electrode disposed in a light incident side; a first photoelectric conversion section, laminated on the first translucent electrode, for converting an incident light coming through the first translucent electrode into electricity; a first electroluminescent thin film, laminated on the first photoelectric conversion section, for emitting light because charge generated at the first photoelectric conversion section is injected therein; a second translucent electrode laminated on the first electroluminescent thin film; the second photoelectric conversion section, laminated on the second translucent electrode, at which light emitted at the first electroluminescent thin film and transmitted through the second translucent electrode is converted into electricity; and a signal readout section which readouts a signal charge generated at the second photoelectric conversion section as two-dimentional image signal. The first photoelectric conversion section or the second photoelectric conversion section conducts avalanche multiplication of the electric charge in the photoelectric conversion section.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct voice data easily and efficiently.SOLUTION: A voice synthesizer comprises: a control information table storage part 51 for storing a control information table; a basic frequency analysis part 31 for generating time change information of a basic frequency of voice data; a speaking speed calculation part 32 for calculating a speaking speed value; a controlling condition setting part 52 for setting a type of a control method and key information that specifies a controlled variable of speaking speed or that of variation range of the basic frequency; a control information acquisition part 53 for reading the control information table associated with the type of the control method, and acquiring the controlled variable of the speaking speed and that of the variation range of the basic frequency based on the key information, the speaking speed value and the time change information of the basic frequency; a targeted basic frequency generation part 54 for generating the time change information of a targeted basic frequency from the time change information of the basic frequency based on the controlled variable of the variation range of the basic frequency; and a voice data correction part 80 for correcting the voice data based on the controlled variable of the speaking speed and the time change information of the targeted basic frequency.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoconductive target for compatibly attaining high photoelectric conversion efficiency and stable avalanche multiplying action, and also to provide an image pickup tube using the same, and an image pickup device. SOLUTION: The photoconductive target has: a photocarrier production layer 23 for absorbing entering light and converting it into electric charges in a first operating electric field; an avalanche multiplication layer 25 for avalanche-multiplying the electric charges produced in the photocarrier production layer in a second operating electric field; an electric field control layer 24 provided between the photocarrier production layer and the avalanche multiplication layer for accumulating the electric charges produced in the photocarrier production layer and giving positive polarity to them to control an electric field inside the photocarrier production layer to be the first operating electric field and an electric field inside the avalanche multiplication layer to be the second operating electric field; and an electric field stabilization layer 27 inserted between the electric field control layer and the photocarrier production layer for increasing a distance between the photocarrier production layer and the electric field control layer to reduce a variation of the electric field inside the photocarrier production layer. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress surface wobbling of an optical disk even when a Cbd value between a stabilizing plate and the optical disk is 0.4 mm or larger, thereby stably rotating the optical disk without causing contact or slide between the stabilizing plate and the optical disk when the disk rotates or starts to rotate. SOLUTION: On the other surface of the stabilizing plate 30 (the surface opposite from one surface where the stabilizing plate comes close to the optical disk), an inflow adjustment means 31 having a micro opening portion 32 is provided at a center part of the stabilizing plate 30 and near a disk mounting portion 5. The other surface of the stabilizing plate 30 is blocked by the inflow adjustment means 31, and the surface wobbling of the optical disk is suppressed to stabilize the rotation by an atmospheric pressure difference between an amount of air flow between the optical disk 1 and the stabilizing plate 30 (the one surface), and an amount of air inflow by the micro opening portion 32. With this structure, when the number of disk revolution is 7,000 rpm and an aperture of micro opening portion 32 is 0.01 mm 2 for example, the surface wobbling is suppressed to a degree of 10 μm in the range of Cbd=0.1 mm to 1.1 mm, and the surface wobbling of the optical disk 1 is suppressed even though Cbd value is 0.4 mm or larger, and the optical disk rotates without contact or slide with the stabilizing plate 30. SOLUTION: The telephone voice section detector cuts out a voice waveform for each frame at a predetermined time interval from broadcast voice data, computes a power integrated value of a telephone voice frequency band included in the voice waveform and a power integrated value of a band outside the telephone voice frequency band, turns each of the integrated values to a logarithm, generates a difference of the respective logarithms of the integrated values, smoothes time change of the differences, and compares the value of the smoothed time change of the differences with a previously set threshold to determine whether it is a telephone voice section or not. SOLUTION: A transmitter has an emergency information generation section 11 that outputs wording of a telegram message of emergency information; an error-correction coding section 12 that calculates and adds the parity bits of an error-correction code to emergency information to be transmitted, a re-multiplex section 13 that multiplexes signals into a transport stream, in order to transmit emergency information by AC signals, and a modulation section 14, that modulates signals into modulation waves of broadcasting waves of the terrestrial digital television.
