Abstract:
This invention relates to the field of bolting and flowering time control in sugar beet, specifically to methods as well as nucleic acid molecules, chimeric constructs, and vectors for engineering bolting resistance in sugar beet by means of altering the expression of the Beta vulgaris homologues BvFT1 and BvFT2 of the FT gene. In particular, the present invention provides sugar beet plants having a phenotype of bolting resistance.

Abstract:
The invention relates to polynucleotides that are closely linked to the bolting gene or B gene within the sugar beet genome and can be used for the development of molecular markers. The invention further relates to molecular markers and kits comprising said markers that can be used for mapping, identification and isolation of the bolting gene or S gene in the sugar beet genome and to discriminate between the annual and bienniai genotype or between different haplotypes within plant groupings of sugar beet plants exhibiting a biennial genotype. The invention also relates to assays and methods of breeding sugar beet plants involving said markers.
Abstract:
A frame is equipped with joining parts formed by bipods which are equipped with positioning means in the intermediate common part for fixing of the girders. Each positioning means comprises at least one pair of bearing faces arranged in a V-shaped confining a corner-piece with an acute angle in which the girder of conjugate shape fits. An assembly screw performs progressive tightening of the girder onto the corner-piece of the bipod.

The invention relates to transgenic sugar beet plants having a phenotype of delayed bolting. The invention further relates to polynucleotides that are closely linked to the bolting gene or B gene within the sugar beet genome and can be used for the discrimination between the annual and biennial genotype or between different haplotypes within plant groupings of sugar beet plants exhibiting a biennial genotype.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a stand-alone device for generating electrical energy comprising:—an excitation coil (2) furnished with a central opening, —a magnetic circuit passing through the central opening of the coil and formed of a fixed part (3) and a movable part (5) that can move with respect to the fixed part (3) so as to vary the magnetic flux through the excitation coil (2), characterized in that, —the magnetic circuit passes through the central opening of the excitation coil (2) several times, forming at least one loop. The invention also relates to a remote control device comprising a transmitter coupled to a remote receiver and a stand-alone device (1) for generating electrical energy so as to generate an electric current intended to power its transmitter.
Abstract:
A corner junction for a cabinet, including a gusset plate having two profile sections secured thereto and including two adjacent joining surfaces which extend perpendicularly to a plane of the profile sections. A foot having complementary joining surfaces is secured to the gusset plate, such that the complementary joining surfaces are received by and abut against the joining surfaces of the gusset plate. At least one protruding portion extends from the foot and at least one complementary notch is formed in the gusset plate or the profile sections, the complementary notch receiving the protruding portion to lock the foot from translating in a direction parallel to the longitudinal axis of the foot. Additionally, a securing device is provided to secure the foot to the gusset plate, by clamping the foot between the joining surfaces. The foot is adapted to engage the gusset plate by translation along a direction parallel to the plane of the profile sections. A parallelepipedic cabinet is provided which incorporates the corner junction, and which has a vertical support pillars which are individually removable without disassembling a roof frame or a base frame formed by the profile sections.
Abstract:
A low voltage switchboard including on its front a conduit which houses enclosures containing printed circuit boards, which constitute indication and control interfaces of associated power devices, housed in adjacent superposed compartments.

Abstract:
A metal frame for an electrical cabinet comprises an assembly of uprights and cross-members forming a framework with high mechanical rigidity. Each upright is provided with a support equipped with four bearing surfaces designed to cooperate with two positioning surfaces of conjugate shapes of a cross-member of the first series to form a fixing device with a hyperstatic wedge when the fixing screw is tightened, which screw passes through a hole of the corresponding cross-member, and cooperating with a lock-nut secured to the support. The nut has a tapped hole arranged in the center of symmetry of the four bearing surfaces of the housing.
