Abstract:
In a method of checking normal input power and load of a programmable AC power distributor in its power-on state, indicator lights are installed in an output ON button and an output OFF button. During power ON, a master switch is switched to an ON position to detect the input power and obtain a detection result through a change of the indicator light in the output OFF button, and then the output ON button is pressed to check the power-on state of the load and obtain a detection result by outputting the change of the indicator light of the button. Therefore, users can instantly know whether the input power and load are in a normal state during the operation of turning on the power distributor, and this method makes the operation of the power distributor safer and more convenient, and ensures a high quality of power supply.
Abstract:
A choke coil module of a high power density DC-AC power inverter includes a retainer. The retainer includes a lower plate and an upper plate. The upper and lower plates are spaced from each other and have two slots, respectively. An accommodation space of the retainer is provided with two choke coils which are disposed obliquely in a stagger manner. Top portions and bottom portions of the choke coils protrude out of and lean against the slots of the upper plate and the lower plate, respectively. The outside air is guided by a fan unit to enter a casing through air inlets, and the heat generated by the choke coils is expelled to the outside through air outlets. The choke coil module can be mounted in a smaller casing, such as a casing with a height of 2 U, to achieve excellent heat dissipation.
Abstract:
A programmable AC power distribution unit includes a case and a network connection and power parameter measuring circuit board disposed in the case. The circuit board is connected with a panel, and the circuit board may be connected with an external network. In addition, a bus bar assembly is provided in the middle of the case. Current detectors are provided on the bus bar assembly. Two sides of the bus bar assembly are provided with a plurality of electromagnetic switches which are disposed in the case. The electromagnetic switches can be turned on/off through the panel or the remote network. The programmable AC power distribution unit has the function of monitoring the quality of the power supply and has the advantages of programmable automatic control and power distribution, meeting the network and automation requirements of Industry 4.0.
Abstract:
A coupling and fixing structure of a power module and a casing of a power supply includes a casing and three power modules. The casing is provided with three first raised studs and three second raised studs corresponding to the power modules respectively. Each power module has a positioning recess and a positioning hole corresponding to the respective first raised stud and the respective second stud. The positioning recess and the positioning hole of the power module are aligned with the first raised stud and the second raised stud of the casing respectively, and then the power module is slightly moved toward the first side to be positioned and locked. The present invention can enhance the operational efficiency of coupling and fixing effectively.
Abstract:
A panel structure of a power apparatus is provided. The power apparatus includes a case. The front of the case is longitudinally provided with a panel. The panel is transversely formed with at least two parallel heat dissipation holes. The panel is formed with a connecting portion between the heat dissipation holes. A heat dissipation net is provided on the heat dissipation holes. The heat dissipation net is formed with a plurality of openings corresponding to the connecting portion. A reinforcement rib is provided on the connecting portion, preventing the panel from collapsing or deforming. The durability of the panel is increased, and the appearance of the panel is pleasing to the eye.
Abstract:
A flyback controller featuring bidirectional power control and parallelly-connected power modules is based on flyback DC-DC converters for allowing bidirectional energy flow and transformation. The flyback controller includes two bidirectional DC-DC converters that are connected in parallel. The bidirectional DC-DC converters are electrically connected with a digital-signal processor. The digital-signal processor controls the bidirectional DC-DC converters and current thereof, so that the current flows evenly across the bidirectional DC-DC converters. Thereby, the flyback controller has advantages about simplified components and increased power output, and is suitable for testing secondary batteries.
Abstract:
A master-slave communication system for a single-phase to multi-phase AC power supply includes a master and a plurality of slaves that are connected in parallel and configured to supply single-phase to multi-phase AC power. The master and the slaves each include a main communication control board and at least one phase communication control board. The main communication control board is in communication with the corresponding phase communication control board. The master and an adjacent one of the slaves as well as every adjacent two of the slaves are in communication with each other through a network transmission cable connected between the main communication control boards, thereby improving the communication transmission speed and reliability between the master and the slaves and further improving the output quality of the AC power supply.
Abstract:
A station-to-station synchronous and interleaved phase system for multiple DC or AC power supplies connected in parallel includes a master and a plurality of slaves. The master and the slaves each includes a time base selector, a time base generator, a station-to-station synchronization and interleaved phase controller, a local interleaved phase controller and multiple sets of switching circuits, so that the switching circuits are controlled by the local interleaved phase controller to form interleaved phases, and the time base selector and the station-to-station synchronization and interleaved phase controller further control the station-to-station phases between the master and the slaves, and further generate synchronization and interleaved phases between the master and the slaves. In addition to the advantages of increasing the equivalent operating frequency, it can reduce the rate of ripples and increase the response speed.
