    Abstract: A display substrate and a display panel are provided. The display substrate includes: a substrate. The display substrate includes a first display region and a second display region. A light transmittance of the first display region is greater than a light transmittance of the second display region. The first display region is provided with a first pixel unit, and the second display region is provided with a second pixel unit, wherein a ratio of a first size of the first pixel unit in a first direction to a second size of the first pixel unit in a second direction is substantially same as a ratio of a first size of the second pixel unit in the first direction to a second size of the second pixel unit in the second direction, the first direction intersecting with the second direction.

    Abstract: A pixel structure, an Organic Light-Emitting Diode (OLED) display device, and a driving method. The pixel structure includes a number of pixel units arranged in a matrix form. Each pixel unit includes two pixel subunits adjacently arranged along a first direction and includes three sub-pixels having different colors. The two pixel subunits constitute two pixels adjacently arranged along the second direction. A distance between centers of two sub-pixels having a same color in two pixels not adjacent in three consecutive pixels in the second direction is 2 or 2N/(N+1) times of a distance between the centers of two sub-pixels having the same color in two adjacent pixels in the first direction. N is an integer greater than or equal to 1.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a scanning driver and an organic light-emitting display using the same. The scanning driver comprises a plurality of cascaded structures receiving signals from a first timing clock line (CK1) and a second timing clock line (CK2) with opposite phases, the cascaded structures successively generating output signals (i.e., scanning signals), wherein each of the cascaded structures comprises: a first transistor, connected to a starting signal line or to a scanning output line of a previous cascaded structure; a second transistor, connected to the second timing clock line and to the scanning output line; a third transistor connected to a high-level power supply VGH; a fourth transistor, connected to a low-level power supply VGL and to an output terminal of the third transistor; a fifth transistor, connected to a high-level power supply VGH and to a scanning output line; and a first capacitor, connected between an output terminal of the first transistor and the scanning output line. Arranging a first capacitor C1 between the output terminal of M1 and the scanning output line prevents slight-ON of M2, thus reducing the reverse current at the scanning driver and reducing the power consumption.

    Abstract: Provided are a flexible electronic device and a manufacturing method thereof. The flexible electronic device (200) comprises a flexible substrate (210) and a device layer formed on the flexible substrate (210). The device layer comprises a semiconductor structure (220) and a wire structure (230) connected to the semiconductor structure, the wire structure (230) having an extension direction same to a channel direction of the semiconductor structure (220). The extension direction of the first wire structure (230) forms an included angle smaller than 90° with respect to a stretching direction of the flexible substrate (210). In the flexible electronic device (200) and manufacturing method thereof of the present invention, the channel direction of the semiconductor structure (220) and the extension direction of the first wire structure (230) are adjusted, such that the semiconductor structure (220) and the first wire structure (230) are least affected by a stress, thus ensuring electrical property and flexibility of the flexible electronic device (200).

The pixel arrangement structure includes a plurality of first sub-pixels, a plurality of second sub-pixels, and a plurality of third sub-pixels, and the plurality of first, second and third sub-pixels form a plurality of virtual polygons. In each virtual polygon, the second sub-pixels and the third sub-pixels are located at a first vertex and a second vertex of the virtual polygon, respectively, the first vertex and the second vertex are alternated and spaced apart from each other, the first sub-pixel is located inside the virtual polygon, a first distance from a center of the first sub-pixel to a center of any third sub-pixel is equal, a second distance from a center of the first sub-pixel to a center of any second sub-pixel is equal, and the first distance is equal to the second distance.
