Abstract:
A filter circuit is provided wherein one end of an inductor is connected to one end of a capacitor to form a signal input end. The other end of the inductor is connected to a first switch circuit, and the other end of the capacitor is connected to a second switch circuit. When a lower-frequency signal in a 2.4 GHz band is to be inputted, a low-pass filter circuit is formed by connecting the other end of the inductor to a signal output end and the other end of the capacitor to ground, and when a higher-frequency signal in a 5 GHz band is to be inputted, a high-pass filter circuit is formed by connecting the other end of the inductor to ground and the other end of the capacitor to the signal output end, by manipulating the first and second switch circuits.
Abstract:
An aluminum alloy material for forging obtained by a continuous casting process, the alloy comprising: a surface of which roughness is not more than Ra 35, and a segregation layer having 0.1 to 2 mm thickness and generated in the surface. The cast surface after continuous casting is smooth without peeling, a cast material can be forged without any treatment, and a segregation layer remains in a surface layer, thereby inhibiting coarsening of recrystallization grains and exhibiting superior toughness and strength.
Abstract:
Center cores are formed by extrusion-molding ABS resin. Seven pieces of the center cores, which are juxtaposed to each other in the horizontal direction, are supplied by a pultruder, and reinforcing long-fibers impregnated with an unsaturated polyester resin are allowed to pass through dispersion guides and squeezing nozzles, to thus squeezing-mold a fiber-reinforced composite hollow structure having FRP made legs. A final squeezing nozzle is disposed in a cross head die through a cooling jacket, and the hollow structure thus molded is allowed to pass therethrough to be covered with the ABS resin in a state in which the outer periphery of the hollow structure is heated. The hollow structure thus covered is subjected to cooled-sizing through a plurality of horizontal and vertical pairs of rollers, and then cured in a hot curing tank. The surface covered with the ABS resin is subjected to a surface-treatment of imparting irregularities for giving an antislipping function to the surface. A thermoplastic resin-made protective cap is fitted to an end of the center core. The apparatus for manufacturing a composite hollow structure has a plurality of pairs of rotatable and heat-resisting sizing rollers. The plurality of pairs of the sizing rollers are disposed in the pultruding direction while being gradually cooled in the order from those positioned on the upstream side to those positioned on the downstream side for sizing the softened outer layer covering the outer periphery of the intermediate layer.
Abstract:
The crosstalk between the terminal pairs is reduced by providing the vertical offsets in the terminal arrangement to reduce the overlap between adjacent terminals and further increasing the distance between the terminal pairs.
Abstract:
A pressure-connection connector (1) comprises a terminal (3) having a pair of pressure-connection blade members (12) displaced in opposite directions in a direction of terminal thickness and guided by escape channels (6A) extending vertically in opposite face of a pressure-insertion slot (6). The terminal further comprises at least one pair of permanent latch members (13) and temporary latch members (14) for engagement with side walls of the pressure-insertion slot. The permanent latch members interfere with the pressue-insertion slot greater that the temporary latch.

In a piezoelectric resonator 11 in which resonance electrodes 13 and 14 are formed on both major surfaces of a rectangular plane piezoelectric plate 12 and which utilizes stretching vibration along the short side of the piezoelectric plate 12, notches 15 and 16 are partially formed on the long sides of the piezoelectric plate 12, respectively in order to increase the resonance frequency.
Abstract:
According to this invention, there is provided a method of repairing a bump defect of a structure obtained by forming a predetermined pattern on a substrate, having the steps of forming a first thin film consisting of a material different from that of the substrate on the substrate around the bump defect or close to the bump defect, forming a second thin film on the bump defect and the first thin film to flatten an upper surface of the second thin film, performing simultaneous removal of the bump defect and the thin films on an upper portion of the projecting defect and around the bump defect using a charged particle beam, and performing removal of the thin films left in the step of performing simultaneous removal. According to this invention, there is provided to a method of repairing a divot defect of a structure obtained by forming a predetermined pattern on a substrate, having the steps of burying a material in the divot defect and forming a projecting portion projecting from a substrate surface, covering a region including the projecting portion with flattening films consisting of a material different from that of the substrate to flatten an upper surface of the region, performing simultaneous removal of the projecting portion and the flattening films around the projecting portion using a charged particle beam, and performing removal of the flattening films left in the step of performing simultaneous removal.
