Abstract: Methods and apparatuses for providing control resource set configuration in a wireless communication system are disclosed herein. In one method, a network node transmits a signal indicating at least a first duration and a bit map, wherein the first duration is time duration of a control resource set (CORESET) and the bit map indicates first symbol(s) of monitoring occasion(s) of the CORESET within a slot, and wherein a set of bit position indicates value one in the bit map. The network node is not allowed to transmit the signal such that an interval between two bit positions in the set in the bit map is smaller than a second duration.

Abstract: Methods and apparatuses for improving HARQ feedback in shortened TTI in a wireless communication system are disclosed herein. In one method, a user equipment is configured with a processing interval between receiving a downlink data and transmitting a corresponding acknowledgement (ACK)/negative acknowledgement (NACK) response. The UE receives downlink data with 1 millisecond TTI at a downlink subframe. The UE transmits the ACK/NACK response of the downlink data on a resource at an uplink subframe, wherein the resource is based on an offset value if the processing interval is shorter than 4 milliseconds.

Abstract: Methods and apparatuses for handling device-to-device feedback transmission in a wireless communication system are disclosed herein. In one method, a first device receives a configuration for operating in a network scheduling mode for acquiring sidelink resources. The first device receives a sidelink control information with a report request from a second device. The first device triggers or is triggered to transmit a report to the second device in response to the report request. If the first device has no available sidelink resource for transmitting the report, the first device triggers a scheduling request. The first device transmits a signaling of the scheduling request to the network. The first device receives a sidelink grant from the network. The first device utilizes sidelink resource(s) indicated by the sidelink grant to transmit the report to the second device.

Abstract: In an example, a User Equipment (UE) is configured with one or more first Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH) resources on a primary cell (PCell) and configured with one or more second PUCCH resources on a secondary cell (SCell). The PCell and the SCell are associated with a PUCCH group. Before a first slot, the UE changes an active uplink (UL) bandwidth part (BWP) of a cell. The cell associated with the changing the active UL BWP is the PCell or the SCell. A first occasion of the PCell is before the changing the active UL BWP. A second occasion of the SCell is before the changing the active UL BWP. The first occasion and the second occasion are associated with the first slot. The UE determines whether or not to include Hybrid Automatic Repeat request (HARQ) information, associated with the second occasion, in a HARQ codebook based on whether or not the SCell, associated with transmitting the HARQ codebook, is the same as the cell associated with the changing the active UL BWP. The UE transmits, in the first slot and on the SCell, a PUCCH including the HARQ codebook.

The UE does not expect the second minimum DFI time delay to have a different value than the first minimum DFI time delay.
