Abstract: There is provided an ultrasonic fingerprint identification component, including an ultrasonic fingerprint identification circuit, which includes a detection circuit and a source follower circuit, and a current supply circuit, where an output terminal of the source follower circuit is coupled to the current supply circuit through a signal reading line; the current supply circuit is configured to provide a constant current to the output terminal of the source follower circuit during an operation of the ultrasonic fingerprint identification circuit; the detection circuit is coupled to a receiving electrode of an ultrasonic sensor and is configured to output a sensing voltage to a sampling node according to an electric signal output by the receiving electrode of the ultrasonic sensor; and the source follower circuit is configured to output a corresponding source follower voltage to the signal reading line according to the sensing voltage under control of the constant current.

Abstract: An anti-noise signal modulation circuit, a modulation method, a display panel and a display device are disclosed. The anti-noise signal modulation circuit includes a frequency-modulation control sub-circuit. An input end of the frequency modulation control sub-circuit is configured to receive an initial signal, and an output end of the frequency-modulation control sub-circuit is connected to a signal processing circuit that is preset; the frequency-modulation control sub-circuit is configured to frequency-modulate the initial signal by a switch signal that hops according to a preset period, and to output a modulation result to the signal processing circuit; and a frequency corresponding to the switch signal does not overlap with a noise frequency.

The touch panel includes multiple driving electrode groups and multiple, sensing electrodes which are intersected with and insulated from each other, each of the driving electrode groups comprises a plurality of driving electrodes, each driving electrodes is coupled to a scanning line, and the method includes: a first scanning step of performing a first scanning on each of the driving electrode groups by using scanning lines to detect a sensing signal generated by a sensing electrode being touched; a determining step of determining a driving electrode group being touched according to the detected sensing signal; a second scanning step of sequentially performing a second scanning on the driving electrodes in the determined driving electrode group being touched to obtain a valley or a ridge of a fingerprint.

Abstract: A display apparatus for detecting three-dimensional (3D) spatial information. The display apparatus includes a display panel having plurality of active subpixels in a display area configured with multiple gaps respectively between at least some active subpixels, the display panel including a counter substrate at front and a backplane substrate at back; an optical layer at a back side of the backplane substrate; multiple light sensors attached discretely on a back side of the optical layer and substantially aligned with the multiple gaps in the display area; and a light source on the backplane substrate and configured to provide an infrared light signal in a direction toward a field of view beyond the counter substrate. The multiple light sensors are configured to detect respective infrared light signals reflected from multiple different regions of an object in the field of view for collectively deducing 3D spatial information of the object.

The compensation structure includes a photoelectric sensing circuit, a fingerprint recognition circuit and a compensation circuit. The photoelectric sensing circuit is configured to respectively generate a first electric signal and a second electric signal according to received first optical signal and second optical signal. The fingerprint recognition circuit is configured to be connected to the photoelectric sensing circuit to receive the first electric signal, and to employ the first electric signal to determine a fingerprint pattern. The compensation circuit is configured to be connected to the photoelectric sensing circuit to receive the second electric signal, and to employ the second electric signal to perform optical compensation so as to adjust the first electric signal.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a fingerprint recognition device, a display substrate and a display apparatus. The fingerprint recognition device includes: at least one fingerprint detection component; at least one fingerprint recognition signal line, the fingerprint detection component outputs a detection current to the fingerprint recognition signal line; at least one noise reduction circuit serially coupled in the fingerprint recognition signal line, the noise reduction circuit being a resistive component; and a fingerprint determination circuit coupled to the fingerprint recognition signal line, configured to determine a morphology of a fingerprint according to a current signal, subjected to a noise reduction by the noise reduction circuit and transmitted by the fingerprint recognition signal line. The fingerprint recognition device can filter out the current generated by coupling the fingerprint recognition signal line with other data lines, the interference with the detection current is reduced, the accuracy of the fingerprint recognition is improved.
