Abstract: Disclosed are a method, an apparatus, and a system for performing channel access. In detail, provided are a method including: receiving uplink scheduling information; and when the user equipment has stopped an uplink transmission during the uplink transmission being performed according to the uplink scheduling information, to resume the uplink transmission, performing a second type channel access when a channel sensed by the user equipment is continuously idle after the uplink transmission has been stopped, and performing a first type channel access when the channel sensed by the user equipment is not continuously idle after the uplink transmission has been stopped, wherein the first type channel access comprises performing a random backoff after a channel sensing, and the second type channel access only comprises performing a channel sensing and an apparatus and a system therefor.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for performing uplink transmission to a base station through an unlicensed cell in a wireless communication system. In particular, the invention provides a method including: receiving, from the base station, an uplink grant scheduling the uplink transmission on one or more subframes; and performing the uplink transmission on the one or more subframes using one of a first type channel access or a second type channel access indicated in the uplink grant, wherein a parameter for the first type channel access is determined according to a priority included in the uplink grant, and wherein when the uplink grant indicates the second type channel access, the priority is a priority used in a downlink channel access of the base station.

In detail, the method includes: receiving a plurality of hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) responses for downlink channel(s) of the specific cell; generating a random number N (N≥0) in a contention window size; and performing the downlink transmission in the specific cell after standing by for N slots while the specific cell is idle, wherein when a ratio of negative acknowledgement (NACK) among the plurality of HARQ-ACK responses is equal to or more than a reference value, the contention window size becomes larger than a previous value, and when the ratio of the NACK among the plurality of HARQ-ACK responses is less than the reference value, the contention window size is reset to a minimum value.

Abstract: A UE in a wireless communication system is disclosed. The UE includes a communication module and a processor for controlling the communication module. The processor determines a first cyclic shift (CS) value based on hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgment (HARQ-ACK) information representing a response to a downlink channel having been received from a base station, determines a CS offset based on request information representing a request to be transmitted from the UE to the base station, determines a second CS value representing a degree of cyclic-shifting a base sequence to be used in a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) based on the first CS value and the CS offset, and transmits the PUCCH for simultaneous transmission of the request information and the HARQ-ACK information using a sequence generated by cyclic-shifting the base sequence based on the second CS value.

The AUL transmission is performed by the user equipment without an uplink (UL) grant received from a base station.
