Abstract: A blister packaging machine that manufactures a blister pack, wherein the blister pack comprises: a lidded container that includes a container main body and an outer lid portion; and an inner cover film attached to close the opening of the container main body, the blister packaging machine comprising: a conveyor; a molding device that executes a molding process to a strip-shaped container film and form a lidded container-corresponding part corresponding to the lidded container; a placing device that is disposed downstream of the molding device and places the article in a container part; a sealing device that is disposed downstream of the placing device and attaches the inner cover film to close an opening of the container part; and a punching device that is disposed downstream of the sealing device and punches out the lidded container-corresponding part along with the inner cover film to produce the blister pack.

Abstract: A solder printing inspection device that inspects a printing state of solder paste printed on a substrate having a through hole into which a lead terminal of an insertion component is inserted, the solder printing inspection device including: a non-printing face side illuminator that irradiates an inspection range on a non-printing face side with a predetermined light, wherein the non-printing face side is opposite to a printing face side, out of a surface and a rear face of the substrate; a non-printing face side camera that takes an image of the inspection range on the non-printing face side of the substrate irradiated with the predetermined light; and a controller that executes inspection with regard to the solder paste in the inspection range, based on image data with regard to the inspection range on the non-printing face side of the substrate taken by the non-printing face side camera.

Abstract: A fluid control valve includes: a drive section; body provided with first port, second port, and valve seat; and valve element formed columnar-shaped and coupled with the drive section, and the valve element includes annular sealing protrusion annularly protruding from end face located on side facing the valve seat, the sealing protrusion being provided at leading end with annular sealing portion to be pressed against the valve seat for sealing and at least the annular sealing protrusion is made of fluororesin. The valve element is configured such that the annular sealing portion is radially displaced with displacement amount of no more than 6.175 μm when the annular sealing portion is pressed against the valve seat by the drive section so that abrasion caused by deformation of the valve element in valve closing is restrained and generation of particles is prevented.

Abstract: In a gas flow monitoring method using a MFC (a flow control device) for controlling a flow rate of process gas from a process gas supply source and supply the process gas to a predetermined process chamber, a start shut-off valve placed upstream of the MFC, and a pressure gauge placed between the start shut-off valve and the MFC, the start shut-off valve is closed and a drop of pressure on an upstream side of the MFC is measured by the pressure gauge to measure a flow rate of the MFC, thereafter, the start shut-off valve is opened to monitor the flow rate of the MFC. The MFC is switched from an ON state to an OFF state before the start shut-off valve is opened. The method enables in-line monitoring a low rate of process gas without affecting a semiconductor manufacturing process.

Abstract: In a monitoring system, when there is an evaluation that a product is defective, in a solder print inspecting device that is subject to monitoring, that information is sent to a mobile terminal possessed by an operator. The operator who views the notification performs, through the mobile terminal, a checking task for evaluating whether or not the evaluation result regarding the printed substrate that has been evaluated as a defective product is correct. Depending on the evaluation result, an operating instruction is sent to the solder print inspecting device, which has temporarily stopped the printed substrate. If correction information instructing that the defective-product evaluation be corrected to a non-defective-product evaluation is sent from a mobile terminal to the solder print inspecting device, the solder print inspecting device corrects the defective-product evaluation to a non-defective-product evaluation, and releases the temporary stop of the printed substrate.
