Abstract: A pull cord type turning mechanism for a butterfly-inspired flapping-wing aerial robot includes a motor, a cord reel, a cord reel gear, a potentiometer gear, a potentiometer, a control module, and a power supply. The control module is connected to the motor and the potentiometer. A rotary shaft of the motor is connected to the cord reel, the cord reel is coaxially connected to the cord reel gear, the cord reel gear is meshed with the potentiometer gear, and the potentiometer gear is connected to a rotary shaft of the potentiometer. The cord reel gear is provided with two cord grooves and two pull cords. One ends of the two pull cords are fixed in the two cord grooves, respectively, and the other ends thereof are fixed at the tips of front wings of two sides of the butterfly-inspired flapping-wing aerial robot, respectively.

Abstract: A method for calculating a temperature-dependent mid-span vertical displacement of a girder bridge includes: setting a joint rotation of a main girder at each support as an unknown quantity, and establishing an equation according to a bending moment equilibrium condition at the joint; then introducing a sequence to establish a quantitative relationship between each unknown quantity; substituting the relationship into the equation, to obtain an analytical formula for a rotation at each joint; establishing an analytical formula for a bending moment at each joint through a principle of superposition; and finally, establishing an analytical formula for a mid-span vertical displacement of each span girder through a principle of virtual work. This method provides an analytical formula with exact solutions for prismatic girder bridges which have equal side spans yet have any number of spans.

Abstract: A method for recycling lead from spent lead-acid battery paste, relating to the technical field of hydrometallurgy. In the method, firstly a reducing agent, and a lead paste are added into a zinc chloride solution for leaching in a stirring mill to cause lead in the lead paste to enter the solution, a lead cementation is performed by using zinc in the leached solution, after the lead cementation, the electrolytic zinc is produced by controlling an electrodeposition on the zinc chloride solution for a short time, the reducing agent is zinc, lead or hydrogen peroxide, a part of the electrolytic zinc is returned as the reducing agent for leaching, the step of returning the electrolytic zinc as the reducing agent can be omitted when the lead or the hydrogen peroxide is used as the reducing agent.

Abstract: A long-life service method for powder-bottom-injecting converter based on collaborative hot replacement of furnace bottom and bottom purging brick belongs to the field of steelmaking technologies using powder-bottom-injecting converters. According to equipment characteristics, process characteristics, and erosion characteristics of the powder-bottom-injecting converter, the design, arrangement, installation, use, maintenance, and replacement of the bottom purging/powder injection bricks are systematically optimized and improved, a technology of automatically detecting the erosion height of bottom purging bricks is adopted, and hot replacement of bottom purging/powder injection bricks and hot replacement of the converter furnace bottom are used collaboratively, which not only can prolong the service life of a single bottom purging/powder injection brick, but also can greatly prolong the overall life of the powder-bottom-injecting converter from 1000-3000 heats in the prior art to 6000-10000 heats. Hence, the life of the powder-bottom-injecting converter is as long as that of a conventional converter.

Abstract: A gold mine cyanide tailing disposal method is provided. The disposal method performs a harmless decyanation treatment on a cyanide tailing slurry obtained from a mineral processing plant, and then performs a resource treatment where a cyanide tailing slurry is subjected to a thickening to obtain a higher concentration. When a backfill is needed, a paste is produced by adding a cementing material after a homogenized stirring of a two-stage horizontal agitator pumped to an underground mining site for filling by a plunger pump. The cementing material is to solidify an underflow and prevent cyanide from being filtered out. When a backfill is not needed, the paste is directly delivered to an open storage area for storing by the plunger pump.
