An apparatus includes a first production line configured to generate aqueous ozone with a first ozone concentration. The apparatus also includes an additional production line configured to generate aqueous ozone with an additional ozone concentration. The first production line and the additional production line include a flow switch, where fluid is configured to flow through the flow switch. The first production line and the additional production line include an ozone generator, where the ozone generator is configured to generate ozone when the fluid flows through the flow switch. The first production line and the additional production line include a fitting coupled to the flow switch and the ozone generator, where the fitting is configured to combine the generated ozone and the fluid to generate the aqueous ozone. The first production line is configured to generate aqueous ozone independently from the additional production line.

In an ozone generation apparatus, a discharge cell includes a first electrode part, a second electrode part, and a dielectric partition plate. The first electrode part and the second electrode part face each other, and the dielectric partition plate is provided between the first and second electrode parts.
Abstract:
An apparatus for corona treatment, the apparatus including a corona treatment unit with an inlet side and an outlet side, wherein the unit includes one or more sets of transverse electrodes, at least one electrode in each set being connected to a high voltage source and at least one second electrode connected electrically to ground, wherein the second electrode connected to ground includes a rotatable roller. The apparatus is a through-flow apparatus adapted for corona treatment of material in sheets, and including at least one conveying table with a transverse direction and a longitudinal direction, where the at least one conveying table includes mechanical conveyor means. By such a solution is achieved an apparatus through which sheets of material can be conveyed and corona-treated without holding the material and pulling it through the apparatus.
Abstract:
A ozonated liquid dispensing unit is described. The unit produces and dispenses an ozonated liquid that may be used to clean and sanitize a variety of articles or used in conjunction with cleaning processes and other apparatus. The unit includes a liquid input port to receive liquid into the unit. The unit includes a first dielectric cell for producing ozone gas from ambient air and a second dielectric cell for producing ozone gas. The first dielectric cell is in supply communication with the second dielectric cell for supplying the second dielectric cell with a supply gas containing the ozone gas generated from the ambient air. The second dielectric cell produces ozone gas from the supply gas. An injector is in fluidic communication with the liquid input port. The injector in supply communication with the second dielectric cell for receiving the ozone gas from the second dielectric cell, and the injector mixes the ozone gas from the second dielectric cell with the liquid from the liquid input port to produce an ozonated liquid. A liquid output port discharges the ozonated liquid from the unit. A faucet or spray may be used to control the discharge of the ozonated liquid from the unit.
Abstract:
A method for generating a non-thermal plasma having predetermined ozone concentration includes: providing an at least approximately closed volume as a reaction region; activating a plasma source and generating a non-thermal plasma in the reaction region. The plasma is held in the reaction region at least until a predetermined ozone concentration is reached or the ozone concentration falls below a predetermined upper limit for the ozone concentration.
Abstract:
An ozone generating apparatus includes a base container for holding water, and a head assembly connected to the upper edge of the base container, the head assembly containing a plurality of ozone generating cells each having a dielectric tube and an electrode assembly coaxially disposed within the associated dielectric tube. The dielectric tubes and electrode assemblies are disposed and connected such that the tube and/or electrode assembly of each ozone generating cell can be accessed independently of all other ozone generating cells, and such that the possibility of cascade failure of all remaining ozone generating cells upon failure of a single cell is substantially eliminated. The base container is provided with a process back flood prevention structure to protect the ozone generating cells.

Abstract:
An electro-kinetic or electro-static apparatus for moving fluid includes an enlogated electrode energizable with respect to at least one other electrode to generate ions and thereby motivate fluid flow there between. A cleaning device is positioned to frictionally engage at least two opposing surfaces of the elongated electrode. The cleaning device is movable along a length of the elongated electrode to thereby remove detrimental material from the at least two opposing surfaces of the elongated electrode. The cleaning device can be substantially off-center relative to the elongated electrode to frictionally bind upon the elongated electrode during movement of the cleaning device.
