Abstract: The present invention discloses a liquid crystal display panel and a display. The display panel comprises a first substrate and a second substrate opposed to each other, and a liquid crystal layer located between the first substrate and the second substrate. A first common electrode and an insulating layer are sequentially provided on the side of the first substrate toward the second substrate. Multiple first pixel electrodes are provided on the insulating layer. Multiple second common electrodes and multiple second pixel electrodes are provided on the side of the second substrate toward the first substrate. The second common electrodes and the second pixel electrodes are provided at intervals. In present invention, the tilted liquid crystal molecules at obscure position tends to be horizontally aligned, which increases the light transmittance at the obscure position and eliminates the obscure in the liquid crystal display panel and display.

Abstract: A display device includes pixel electrodes formed in an image display area of a substrate, a common electrode formed in the image display area, inside signal lines formed inside the image display area, and electrically connected to the pixel electrodes, outside signal lines formed outside the image display area, and electrically connected to the inside signal lines, and a common line formed inside and outside the image display area, and electrically connected to the common electrode. An image is displayed under a control of a light using an electric field developed between the pixel electrodes and the common electrode. A coupling capacitance is formed between the inside signal lines and the common electrode. The outside signal lines each include a first portion, and a second portion higher in electric resistance than the first portion and the inside signal lines.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides an in-cell touch panel and a display device, wherein each self-capacitance electrode is provided with a transversal slit within a region of the self-capacitance electrode corresponding to a gap between two adjacent pixel units in a column direction, and/or each self-capacitance electrode is provided with a longitudinal slit within a region of the self-capacitance electrode corresponding to a gap between two adjacent pixel units in a row direction, so that it can ensure that the slits in the self-capacitance electrodes and the gaps between the self-capacitance electrodes are uniformly arranged in the whole in-cell touch panel, thereby overcoming the defects such as bright lines, dark lines or the like in the in-cell touch panel.

Abstract: The presence or absence of touch is detected according to a difference of a capacitance caused by the presence or absence of a material that blocks the electric field formed between the detection electrode and the common electrode. The common electrode includes a plurality of divided electrode portions that is extended in a lateral direction and aligned with each other in a longitudinal direction. Each of the plurality of common lines is electrically connected to at least one of the divided electrode portions. The plurality of common lines is arranged in an area next to the common electrode in the lateral direction of the common electrode, arranged next to each other in a width direction orthogonal to a length thereof, is different in width from each other, and the width of the common lines is wider as the length is longer.

Abstract: There is provided a high-definition liquid crystal display device that can prevent flicker due to a reduction in the pixel potential in a low-frequency drive of about 10 Hz to reduce power consumption. The pixel has a TFT formed of Poly-Si as a switching element. In the pixel, a capacitance insulating film is formed on a planar first electrode on which a comb-shaped second electrode is fanned. When the film thickness of the insulating film is d and the dielectric constant at 10 Hz frequency is ∈, it is given that ∈d≥5×10−6 m at 10 Hz frequency. The capacitance insulating film does not have a hysteresis characteristic. The refractive index of the capacitance insulating film with respect to a light of a wavelength of 632.8 nm is 1.7 to 2.0.

Abstract: A semiconductor device including a circuit which does not easily deteriorate is provided. The semiconductor device includes a first transistor, a second transistor, a first switch, a second switch, and a third switch. A first terminal of the first transistor is connected to a first wiring. A second terminal of the first transistor is connected to a second wiring. A gate and a first terminal of the second transistor are connected to the first wiring. A second terminal of the second transistor is connected to a gate of the first transistor. The first switch is connected between the second wiring and a third wiring. The second switch is connected between the second wiring and the third wiring. The third switch is connected between the gate of the first transistor and the third wiring.

Abstract: A touch sensing substrate includes a substrate, plural thin film transistor switch sets, plural touch sensing electrodes, plural touch sensing signal wires, plural touch sensing control wires, plural display drive thin film transistors, and plural pixel electrodes. Each thin film transistor switch set is arranged on one side of a substrate. Each touch sensing electrode corresponds to a thin film transistor switch set connected to the touch sensing electrode corresponding thereto. Each touch sensing signal wire is connected to at least two thin film transistor switch sets. Each touch sensing control wire is connected to the thin film transistor switch sets corresponding to at least two touch sensing electrodes. By the touch sensing control wires, the touch sensing signal wires, and the corresponding thin film transistor switch sets, a touch sensing signal from the touch sensing electrodes can be applied to a touch control circuit with less signal wires.
