Abstract: A signal acquisition method and device. Positioning signals as received are divided into at least two groups and frequency compensation is performed on each group of positioning signals. Each frequency compensated group of positioning signals is divided into at least two signal blocks, and an averaging operation is performed on the signal blocks in each group of signals, so as to obtain block-averaged groups of positioning signals. An acquisition result is determined based on the block-averaged groups of positioning signals. Noise power of each block-averaged group of signals is reduced. Therefore, noise power of received positioning signals can be reduced. This may improve signal-to-noise ratio of received signals and acquisition sensitivity of a receiver. Therefore, acquisition success rate of weak signals is increased.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a fine-grained image recognition method, an electronic device and a computer readable storage medium. The method comprises the steps of feature extraction, calculation of feature discriminant loss function, calculation of feature diversity loss function and calculation of model optimization loss function. The present disclosure comprehensively considers influences of factors such as a large intra-class difference, a small inter-class difference, and a great influence of background noise of the fine-grained image, and makes constrains such that the feature maps belonging to each class are discriminative and have the features of corresponding class, thus reducing the intra-class difference, decreasing the learning difficulty and learning better discriminative features. The constraints make the feature maps belonging to each class have a diversity, which increases the inter-class difference, achieves a good result, and is easy for practical deployment, thereby obviously improving the effect of multiple fine-grained image classification tasks.

Abstract: Disclosed are a handover method for between base stations, and a device, system and storage medium. The base station sends a handover request to a target base station, where the handover request carries type information of a core network used for indicating the type of core network which the UE to be handed over between base stations needs to access. The base station receives a handover response sent from the target base station, where the handover response indicates whether the target base station allows the UE to be handed over to the target base station, and the handover response is sent by the target base station according to the type information of a core network and the type of at least one core network connected to the target base station.

Abstract: The embodiments of the present invention provide an interleave-based method and apparatus for enhancing capacity of a random access channel, wherein the method is applied to a terminal device. The method includes: receiving a set of preamble sequences and at least two interleavers sent by a base station; determining, when a random access is triggered, a to-be-used preamble sequence from the set of preamble sequences as a target preamble sequence, and randomly determining a to-be-used interleaver from the at least two interleavers as a target interleaver; performing interleaving processing on the target preamble sequence by using the target interleaver to generate an interleaved target preamble sequence, wherein, performing interleaving processing on the same preamble sequence by using different interleavers will generate different interleaved preamble sequences; sending a random access request to the base station by using the interleaved target preamble sequence. Applying the embodiments of the present invention can increase the number of available preamble sequences and increase the capacity of the PRACH.
