    Abstract: An electrolytic copper plating solution analyzer comprises an analysis container for accommodating a part of an electrolytic copper plating solution containing additives including a promoter, an inhibitor and a leveler, a working electrode immersed in the electrolytic copper plating solution accommodated in the analysis container, a reference electrode immersed in the electrolytic copper plating solution and used as a reference when a potential of the working electrode is determined, a counter electrode immersed in the electrolytic copper plating solution, a rotation drive unit for rotating the working electrode at a given speed, a current generation unit passing an electric current with a given current density between the working electrode and the counter electrode, a potential measurement unit for measuring the potential between the working electrode and the reference electrode, and an analysis unit for analyzing the relationship between an elapsed time after the current passage and the potential.

    Abstract: In a packaging container in which a funnel-shaped spout is attached to a container body, positioning of a portion to which the funnel-shaped spout is attached is facilitated, and manufacturing costs are reduced. The packaging container includes: a container body having a body portion in which an engaging wall is provided, and a bottom portion provided at a first end of the body portion; a funnel part having a funnel shape within the body portion, and an wide opening end thereof is restricted from moving toward at least the first end by the engaging wall; and a sealing lid sealed to an opening portion which serves as the second end of the body portion while being in contact with a narrow opening end of the funnel part to seal the container body.

    Abstract: Provided is a laminate including a base material layer and a sealant layer. The sealant layer includes a first layer containing a cyclic olefin resin and a second layer interposed between the base material layer and the first layer and containing a low density polyethylene resin. A ratio of a thickness of the first layer to a thickness of the second layer is in a range of 1:2 to 5:1. The low density polyethylene resin has a melt flow rate (MFR) at 190° C. and a load of 21.168N of 3.6 g/10 min to 13.0 g/10 min. The low density polyethylene resin has a density in a range of 0.915 g/cm3 to 0.925 g/cm3. Each of the first and second layers has a thickness of 5 μm or more, and the second layer has a thickness of 25 μm or less.

    Abstract: A laminate according to an embodiment includes a base material layer, an adhesive layer provided on the base material layer and having a thickness of 0.1 μm to 1.0 μm, and the first sealant layer provided on the adhesive layer and made of a cyclic polyolefin resin having a glass transition temperature of 60° C. to 85° C. One main surface of the first sealant layer constitutes an outermost surface of the laminate. The other main surface of the first sealant layer is in contact with the adhesive layer or is adjacent to the adhesive layer with only the second sealant layer made of a low density polyethylene resin interposed therebetween. An adhesion strength between the base material layer and the first sealant layer is 0.8 N/15 mm or more.

    Abstract: There is provided a versatile optical element applicable both to an electrode layer required in a bank bill field and to an optical element required in an ID field. In an optical element (1) according to one embodiment of the present invention, a first layer (2) is arranged on a second layer (3) having a relief structure on a surface thereof, and a first region (4) and a second region (5) are provided. Electromagnetic waves incident at a preset specific angle from a side of the first layer (2) are totally reflected due to at least one of the relief structure in the first region (4) and a ratio of a refractive index of the second layer (3) with respect to a refractive index of the first layer (2), the electromagnetic waves incident at the specific angle from the side of the first layer (2) are not totally reflected but transmitted or refracted due to at least one of the relief structure in the second region (5) and the ratio of the refractive index of the second layer (3) with respect to the refractive index of the first layer (2), and only in case of observation performed from the specific angle on the first layer (2) side, the second region (5) has higher transparency than the first region (4), and a preset image is expressed by a transparency contrast therebetween.
