Abstract: A voltage regulator module is provided. The switch circuit assembly includes two switch circuits and an input capacitor. Respective input terminals of the two switch circuits are connected with each other in parallel. The input capacitor is electrically connected with the respective input terminals of the two switch circuits in parallel and disposed between the two switch circuits. The plurality of conductive members have a first conductive member, a second conductive member and a third conductive member. The first conductive member and the third conductive member are configured to deliver an electric energy. The second conductive member is configured to deliver a signal. One end of each conductive member is electrically connected with corresponding switch circuit, and the other end of the first conductive member and the third conductive member is electrically connected with the load. The switch circuit assembly and the magnetic assembly are stacked with each other.

Abstract: A voltage regulator module includes a circuit board, a positive input terminal, a negative input terminal, a positive output terminal, a negative output terminal, a switching circuit, a magnetic element and an input capacitor. The switching circuit is disposed on a top surface of the circuit board, and comprises two switches connected in series to form a midpoint, wherein the switching circuit is connected to the positive input terminal. The magnetic element comprises a magnetic core and a conductive structure in the circuit board, wherein the magnetic element and the switching circuit are arranged on the circuit board along a first direction, the conductive structure is connected to the midpoint of the corresponding switching circuit and the positive output terminal. The input capacitor is connected to the positive input terminal and the negative input terminal, and disposed on a bottom surface of the circuit board.

Abstract: A power conversion module includes a high-voltage side, a low-voltage side, a magnetic element, a high-voltage side circuit, and a low-voltage side circuit. The first end includes a high-voltage positive terminal and a high-voltage negative terminal. The second end includes a low-voltage positive terminal and a low-voltage negative terminal. The magnetic element includes two first windings. The high-voltage side circuit is electrically connected with the high-voltage positive terminal and the high-voltage negative terminal. The low-voltage side circuit is electrically connected with the low-voltage positive terminal and the low-voltage negative terminal. At least one AC loop includes at least one of the first windings, at least one part of the high-voltage side circuit and the low-voltage side circuit. The high-voltage side circuit and the low-voltage side circuit are located at a same side with respect to the magnetic element.

Abstract: A voltage regulator module includes a first circuit board assembly and a signal communication part. The first circuit board assembly includes a plurality of first conduction pads. The signal communication part is arranged on the first circuit board assembly. The signal communication part includes a conduction circuit board with a plurality of conduction fingers and a plurality of surface pins. The plurality of conduction fingers are formed on at least one lateral side of the conduction circuit board. The plurality of surface pins are electroplated on a top side and a bottom side of the conduction circuit board. A first end of each conduction finger is contacted with the corresponding surface pin on the top side. A second end of each conduction finger is contacted with the corresponding surface pin on the bottom side. The signal communication part is fixed on and electrically connected with the first circuit board assembly.

Abstract: A magnetic assembly includes a magnetic core, four primary windings and four secondary windings. The magnetic core includes four lateral legs. The four primary windings and the corresponding secondary windings are magnetically coupled with each other, and the four primary windings and the corresponding secondary windings are wound on the corresponding lateral legs. The winding directions of the four secondary windings on the corresponding lateral legs are identical. A phase difference between a magnetic flux flowing through a specified lateral leg of the four lateral legs and a magnetic flux flowing through an adjacent lateral leg is any value in the range between 150 degrees and 210 degrees. A phase difference between the magnetic flux flowing through the specified lateral leg and the magnetic flux flowing through another adjacent lateral leg is any value in the range between 60 degrees and 120 degrees.

Abstract: A power conversion system includes a power conversion circuit and a start-up circuit. The power conversion circuit includes an output capacitor, a first switching unit, a second switching unit, a flying capacitor and a magnetic element. The second switching unit includes two switch groups. The flying capacitor is connected between a first terminal and a second terminal of the power conversion circuit. The magnetic element includes two first windings that are electromagnetically coupled with each other. A first one of the two first windings is electrically connected between one switch group and the second terminal of the power conversion circuit. A second one of the two first windings is electrically connected between the other switch group and the second terminal of the power conversion circuit. The start-up circuit includes a third winding and an inductor. The third winding is electromagnetically coupled with the first windings.

Abstract: A magnetic component comprising: a magnetic core comprising an upper magnetic core portion, a lower magnetic core portion, and four core columns; a first winding wound around any two core columns which form a first closed magnetic circuit with the upper and lower magnetic core portions therebetween; and a second winding wound around remaining two core columns which form a second closed magnetic circuit with the upper and lower magnetic core portions therebetween. A sum of an AC flux peak-peak value within single core column of the first closed magnetic circuit, and an AC flux peak-peak value within single core column of the second closed magnetic circuit is larger than not only an AC flux peak-peak value within the upper magnetic core portion, but also an AC flux peak-peak value within the lower magnetic core portion. The first winding and the second winding are not connected in series directly.
