The user equipment receives downlink data on the basis of downlink control information carried by the PDCCH. Each of time symbol #0 to time symbol #N−1 includes a floor(X/N) number of decoding candidates. N is a maximum number of time symbols available for downlink control channel transmission in the TTI and is equal to or smaller than N, and X is a maximum number of decoding candidates for each TTI.
