Abstract: A gas transportation device is provided and includes an outer housing, a valve body and an actuator. The outer housing includes an outlet cover, an outlet end, an accommodation space, an inlet cover, and an inlet end. The valve body is in a circular shape and includes a gas outlet plate, a valve plate and a first plate stacked sequentially and disposed within the accommodation space. The actuator is in a circular shape, stacked and disposed on the valve body, includes a second plate, a frame and an actuating component. When the actuator is driven, through the structure of misalignment of the first orifices and the valve openings, the valve body is operated to open a flow path when an airflow is in a forward direction, and the valve body is operated to seal the flow path when the airflow is in a reverse direction.

Abstract: A micro pump is disclosed and includes a fluid-converging plate, a valve membrane, a fluid-outlet plate and a pump core module. The fluid-converging plate includes an inner recess, a protruding portion and a fluid-converging aperture. The protruding portion is disposed at a center of the inner recess. The valve membrane includes a valve aperture. The protruding portion of the fluid-converging plate abuts against the valve aperture. A fluid-converging chamber is formed between the valve membrane and the fluid-converging plate. The fluid-outlet plate in a ring shape includes a fluid-outlet channel. The valve aperture is in fluid communication with the fluid-outlet channel. When the fluid is inhaled into the pump core module, the fluid flows to the fluid-converging chamber through the fluid-converging aperture and then pushes out the valve membrane to flow into the fluid-outlet channel of the fluid-outlet plate through the valve aperture. Thereby the fluid transportation is achieved.

Abstract: A miniature gas detection system includes a separation flow channel fabricated by semiconductor processes and a filling material disposed in the main flow channel of the separation flow channel to perform adsorption and separation on compositions of compounds contained in the gas introduced into the main flow channel. Each detection flow channel is formed with a monitoring chamber, and a micro-electromechanical systems pump is formed on the bottom portion of the monitoring chamber. In each monitoring chamber, a light emitted from the light emitting element is reflected by the two mirrors and received by the light detection element. Therefore, the light detection elements obtain and output spectra of the compositions of compounds contained in the gas according to the differences in optical adsorptions of the compositions of compounds for lights with different wavelengths, so as to analyze and determine the type of the gas contained in the compositions of compounds.

Abstract: An air detection system is provided and includes an intelligent device and an internet of things processing device. The intelligent device includes an inlet, an outlet, a gas-flowing channel, a control module and a gas detection module. The gas-flowing channel is disposed between the inlet and the outlet. The control module is disposed in the intelligent device and includes a processor and a transmission unit. The gas detection module is disposed in the gas-flowing channel and electrically connected to the control module. The gas detection module includes a piezoelectric actuator and at least one sensor. The piezoelectric actuator inhales gas into the gas-flowing channel through the inlet and discharges the gas through the outlet. The sensor detects the introduced gas to obtain gas information and transmits the gas information to the control module. The internet of things processing device is connected to the transmission unit of the intelligent device for receiving the gas information.

The driving zone includes a plurality of flow guiding units which arranged in series, parallel or series-parallel, each of the flow guiding unit generates an inside pressure gradient after being actuated, so as to inhale fluid and diverge fluid by guiding channels, and flow into the convergence chamber for storage, wherein the amount of the fluid transported is controlled by the plurality of valves disposed in the connection channels through the controller, and fluid is finally converged to the fluid discharging zone for discharging the specific transportation amount of fluid.

Abstract: An air motor is provided for converting electrical energy into kinetic energy, and using the kinetic energy to generate a specified air pressure and a specified airflow rate. Abstract: A micro channel structure includes a substrate, a supporting layer, a valve layer, a second insulation layer, a vibration layer and a bonding-pad layer. A flow channel is formed on the substrate. A conductive part and a movable part are formed on the supporting layer and the valve layer, respectively. A first chamber is formed at the interior of a base part and communicates to the hollow aperture. A supporting part is formed on the second insulation layer. A second chamber is formed at the interior of the supporting layer and communicates to the first chamber through the hollow aperture. A suspension part is formed on the vibration layer. By providing driving power sources having different phases to the bonding-pad layer, the suspension part moves upwardly and downwardly, and a relative displacement is generated between the movable part and the conductive part, to achieve fluid transportation.
