Abstract:
Covering method for a floor or another surface which method is implemented with the help of surface elements, such as tiles (1) to which method positioning of surface elements (1) onto the intended surface in order to form the desired figures onto the surface by using frames (2) and devices (4), which ensure the stability, belongs. The method comprises a casette to which a bottom (3) of the casette and a frame (2), which can be attached on top of the bottom (3) of the casette or is built fixed to it and which controls the installation of the surface elements and their stability, belong whereupon the edges of the mentioned frame (2) are adjusted to form a opening with the other, respective edges of the frames (2) of the casettes to which opening an interlocking piece (4), adjusted to the shape and the size of the hole, can be installed.
Abstract:
Floorboards with a format corresponding to a traditional parquet block for laying of mechanically joined floating flooring. Rectangular floorboards include a surface layer and a core with two long sides and two short sides, for making a floating flooring, which floorboards are mechanically lockable and which along their four sides have pairs of opposing connectors for locking similar, adjoining floorboards to each other both vertically and horizontally wherein the long sides have a length not exceeding 80 cm and the short sides have a width not exceeding 10 cm.
Abstract:
A modular free standing structure and an adjustable footing configured to support the modular free standing structure are described. The structural footing comprises a support member having a support surface configured to provide vertical support to one or more modular platform structures, a base member, and an adjustable leveling mechanism disposed between the support member and the base member, and configured to level adjoining modular platform structures by adjusting a height of the support member relative to the base member about a vertical axis of the structural footing.
Abstract:
Laminate flooring with coupling stem comprising long rectangular planks with two types of couplings, wherein the first is carried out by their longitudinal edges equally equipped with male/female hooks-type profiles configured for angular penetration, where the hook from a plank can penetrate into the corresponding hook of the other plank, the planks placed in a coplanar position, whereas the second coupling allows the joinery of the tops using a mechanical coupling comprising an engagement stem divided into two longitudinal halves, whose upper and lower faces equally have longitudinal microteeth, where the teeth on one side are slanted towards the center of the stem, such that each longitudinal half of said profile can be penetrating and self-locking in the grooves on the transversal edges the planks, thus finalizing the side by side engagement between the two planks.

Abstract:
The present invention is a mounting bracket for the construction of a deck. The mounting bracket has a separating flange, a joist-fastening portion, a support flange, and a plank-fastening flange. The separating flange and the plank-fastening flange are generally located in a first plane. The joist-fastening portion is generally located perpendicular to the first plane. The joist-fastening portion has a joist-fastening hole for securing the mounting bracket to a vertical joist. The support flange includes an access hole to provide access through the support flange to allow an installer to install a first fastener in the joist-fastening hole. The plank-fastening flange includes a plank-fastening hole for securing the mounting bracket to a horizontal plank.

Abstract:
A deck with an integrated gutter system includes at least two separated joists and a plurality of planks. Each plank includes longitudinal grooves, is disposed above and supported by the joists, has an undersurface which is juxtaposed with the joists, and is secured to the joists. The deck also includes a plurality of unitary channels. Each channel includes a pair of flanges which mate with longitudinal grooves of immediately adjacent planks. The mating of the flanges of the channel with the grooves of the planks provides the deck with an impervious gutter that extends between and along the two planks, and is located above the joists to which the planks are secured.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a floor element which is light-weight and easily transported, easily removed and therefore usable several times, is pleasant to walk on and can be used together with a floor heating system. The planar element for floors comprises a multilayer flag on the upper face of which a thin pressure-proof and abrasion-resistant flag, especially a natural stone flag, is disposed and on the lower face of which a pressure-proof light-density layer, fastened thereto by an adhesive glue, is disposed. Grooves are arranged in the vertical marginal areas of the light-density layer and connecting elements can be fixed in said grooves for connecting adjacent multilayer flags. According to the invention, the light-density layer consists of an expanded polypropylene foam.
Abstract:
A fixing bracket is described for joining wooden building components to each other and to a substrate, particularly of the kind used for joining boards used to cover balconies and decks outdoors. It is essential that the fixing bracket is a double angle consisting of two L-sections (2, 2′), having a double web (5) consisting of two section legs (3, 3′), whereby a fixing hole (9, 9′) is provided in the angle flanges (8, 8′). In an advantageous manner, the tongue-shaped spikes (6, 6′) are arranged near the upper edge of the web and are cut directly out of the web and bent out perpendicularly from the web.
