Abstract:
A tube coupling system (1) for a pressurised fluid system comprising a coupling body (3) for receiving a tube (5) of a pressurized fluid system, a leakage seal (7) for preventing fluid supplied from the pressurized fluid system via the tube to enter the coupling body (3), a gripping member (9) for gripping the outer surface of the tube (5) received in the coupling body (3), and an environment seal (11) for preventing intrusion from outside of the coupling body (3), characterized in that said environment seal (11) is at least partially displaceable and arranged to be pressed at least partially off a sealing seat when there is internal fluid pressure in the coupling body (3) resulting in a fluid stream out of the coupling body (3) and said fluid stream to the outside of the coupling body (3) indicates a leakage from the pressurized fluid system.
Abstract:
A quick-coupling tube fitting for coupling a tube to a body having a bore. The fitting includes a retaining member received within the bore for retaining the tube, and a release member received within the bore to be slidably moveable to release the retaining member when pushed. The release member has a rear portion that projects outwardly from the body. The rear portion has a shoulder surface which faces a stationary surface of the body to define a groove therebetween in which a safety member is disposed to delimit the sliding of the release member. The safety member is provided in the form of an elongate member which is closable to form a ring in the groove.

Abstract:
The invention relates to a connector device for plugingly connecting at least one media conduit. The conduit device (1) is composed of a housing part (2) comprising at least one receiving hole (4) for plugging in the conduit (6), and a clamping ring (8) which is arranged in the receiving hole (4) and cooperates with an inner cone (16) of the housing part (2) in order to lock the plugged-in conduit (6). The inner insertion piece (32) that is removably connected to the base piece (28) via a catching connection (30) and is provided with the inner cone (16). The insertion piece (32) is equipped with at least two radially elastic spring arms (40) so as to be able to remove the conduit (6), the free ends (48) of the spring arms (40) extending from the region of the inner cone (16) in the direction of the mouth side of the receiving hole (4). Radially outward-protruding catching extensions (42) of the spring arms (40) engage into corresponding catching holes (44) for detaching purposes. A contamination seal (34) comprising a sealing area (A) is disposed in the region of free ends (48) of the spring arms to circumferentially rest upon the media conduit (6). The catching extensions (42) of the spring arms (40) are disconnected, regarding the radial detaching movement thereof, from the sealing area (A) of the contamination seal (34) via a deformation zone (49) in such a way that the radial detaching movement of the catching extensions (42) is performed substantially without being influenced by the contamination seal (34) radially resting on the media conduit (6) because the deformation zone (49) is deformed.

Abstract:
Method and arrangement for providing a coupling device for conduits of pressurized media which consists of (includes) at least two coupling parts (1, 2) that are possible to couple to each other in the shape of a female part and a male part which is insertable into the female part. A locking device is arranged to hold the coupling parts completely coupled in a locking position. The locking device comprises a locking member (11) positioned at one of the coupling parts (2) which in a locking position attaches into a recess (12) in the other coupling part. A sealing member (6) in the locking position achieves sealing between the coupling parts. The other coupling part (1) exhibits a further recess (16) in which the locking member can be brought to locking of the coupling parts (1, 2) in an outer locking position when the two coupling parts are coupled to each other. In the outer locking position there is incomplete sealing with the two coupling parts being locked so that they are prevented from coming apart but are incompletely coupled together and allowed to be brought together to said locking position for the complete coupling of the coupling parts. In the presence of pressurized media, this enables an indication that the outer locking position has been assumed due to the presence of leakage of pressurized media. The leakage is obtained via a leakage groove (20) which is angled towards the radial plane of the coupling parts. The leakage groove can thus be made by means of rotating machining.
Abstract:
A connecting device for pipes conducting pressure medium, having a sleeve-like insert part which can be inserted in a frictional or form-fitting manner into a connecting opening in a connecting body and surrounding a receiving opening for a pipe to be inserted, a sealing element for producing a seal between the connecting body and the pipe, and a holding element with holding arms which extend radially inwardly into the receiving opening. A release sleeve engages displaceably in the insert part in such a manner that by pushing in the release sleeve, the holding element is deformed elastically for releasing the pipe. The holding element is held by an outer circumferential region in an essentially clearance-free manner axially relative to the insert part, so that elastic deformation takes place in the region of the holding arms when inserting or releasing the pipe.
