Abstract:
A heat exchanger uses a refrigerant acting under a high pressure, such as carbon dioxide, as a refrigerant. The heat exchanger includes first and second header pipes arranged a predetermined distance from each other and parallel to each other, each having at least two chambers independently sectioned by a partition wall, a plurality of tubes for separately connecting the chambers of the first and second header pipes, facing each other, wherein the tubes are divided into at least two tube groups, each having a single refrigerant path, a refrigerant inlet pipe formed at the chamber disposed at one end portion of the first header pipe, through which the refrigerant is supplied, a plurality of return holes formed in the partition wall to connect two chambers adjacent to each other, through which the refrigerant sequentially flows the tube groups, and a refrigerant outlet pipe formed at the chamber of one of the first and second header pipes connected to a final tube group of the tube groups along the flow of the refrigerant, through which the refrigerant is exhausted.
Abstract:
A combination of liquid containers having caps depressible for ejecting the contents includes several holding parts, and upper part, and a bottom part. The holding parts each has a depressible cap connected to an outlet portion of the top thereof. The upper, and the bottom parts are respectively connected to the tops, and the bottoms of the holding parts, which are closely arranged together, so as to provide stability to the liquid containers.
Abstract:
A microelectronic device including a substrate having a top metal layer, a first passivation layer overlying the substrate and wherein the passivation layer includes a via defined at least in part by a side wall of the passivation layer, and wherein the via overlies the top metal layer, a dielectric spacer positioned the via and the spacer having and inner wall with arcuate shape, an the electrically conductive redistribution layer having a portion positioned overlying the inner wall of the spacer and wherein the redistribution layer includes a portion in electrical contact with the top metal layer.
Abstract:
A liquid container has a content ejecting device fitted to the holding body, and a fall-prevention element provided on the content ejecting device, which has a cap depressable for the content to be ejected. The ejecting device includes a connecting member, the cap and a straw combination. The connecting member has an annular protrusion on a tube stub sticking up from the main surface, and is secured to the holding body. The cap is movably mounted onto the tube stub, and has annular protrusions on the inner side. The straw combination communicates with the cap and is received in the holding body from the lower portion as to eject the content via the cap when the cap is depressed. The annular protrusion of the tube stub will come into contact with the annular protrusions of the cap to prevent the holding body from falling down when the container is lifted from the cap.
Abstract:
A depressable cap of a bottle for ejecting contents of the bottle is provided. The depressable cap comprises a depressable member, an exit tube and a guiding tube. The depressable member is fitted onto an upper opening of the bottle, and has a passage consisting a first threaded end portion, and a second threaded end portion. The first threaded end portion is perpendicular to, and in open communication with the second threaded end portion. The exit tube has a threaded end portion screwed into the first threaded end portion. The guiding tube has a threaded end portion screwed into the second threaded end portion of the depressable member.
Abstract:
A system, method, and computer-readable medium are provided for decision-making criteria in a multi-mode, multi-radio user equipment to choose which radio network to use for connectivity and handover. Decision making depends on a number of different criteria: a user profile that specifies one or more user preference connectivity attributes, available applications of the user equipment, a service subscription of a user associated with the user equipment, a battery monitor of the user equipment, a respective link metrics indicator for each of the plurality of access networks, and application support capabilities of the plurality of access networks.
Abstract:
In an example embodiment, predefined gestures are used to provide an intuitive way to transfer objects between multi-touch devices. A first gesture, such as a pinching motion is used to select an object to transfer from a source device. A second gesture, such as a de-pinching gesture, is used to designate a destination for the object on a second device. Data associated with the initiator of the transfer, such as data representative of a fingerprint scan may be employed to match the source device with the destination device.
Abstract:
A non-transient computer usable medium has computer usable instructions embodied thereon, the computer usable instructions configured to cause a computer device to perform the steps of receiving an intermediate program code prior to execution of the intermediate program code; recognizing data storage commands within the intermediate program code; modifying the intermediate program code such that, during execution of the intermediate program code, the data is encrypted before it is stored; recognizing data retrieval commands within the intermediate program code; modifying the intermediate program code such that, during execution of the intermediate program code, the data is decrypted after it is retrieved; and providing the modified intermediate program code for execution.
Abstract:
A media conference device is provided. The media conference device includes a processor and a memory coupled with the processor. The memory stores instructions that are executable by the processor. The instructions are executable to detect a termination event and transmit a termination event message that indicates that the termination event was detected and requests that a media conference be recorded.
