Abstract: A method and apparatus are disclosed from the perspective of a first device, wherein the first device is configured with a sidelink resource pool comprising a frequency region of sidelink data transmission and multiple frequency regions of sidelink feedback transmission, wherein the multiple frequency regions of sidelink feedback transmission in one TTI (Transmission Time Interval) are separately associated with the one frequency region of sidelink data transmission in multiple TTIs, and wherein the multiple frequency regions of sidelink feedback transmission in the one TTI are non-overlapped with each other in frequency domain and fully overlapped in time domain. In one embodiment, the method includes the first device receiving a sidelink data transmission from a second device within the frequency region of sidelink data transmission in a first TTI. The method further includes the first device generating a feedback information associated with the sidelink data transmission. The method also includes the first device determining or deriving a sidelink feedback resource within one frequency region of sidelink feedback transmission among the multiple frequency regions of sidelink feedback transmission, wherein the one frequency region of sidelink feedback transmission is determined or derived based on association with the first TTI. In addition, the method includes the first device performing a sidelink feedback transmission for delivering the feedback information to the second device on the sidelink feedback resource.

The method also includes the UE receiving data in Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM) symbols determined according to the time domain resource allocation pattern, wherein a range of the time domain resource allocation pattern starts from the first OFDM symbol of the CORESET or after an offset from the first OFDM symbol of the CORESET, and the range of the time domain resource allocation pattern may end across a slot boundary.

Abstract: A method and apparatus are disclosed from the perspective of a network. Abstract: A method and apparatus are disclosed from the perspective of a UE. In one embodiment, the method includes the UE receiving a first configuration for PUSCH transmission with configured grant, wherein the first configuration indicates a first SRI value, and the first SRI value is associated with a first reference signal. The method also includes the UE transmitting a first PUSCH with configured grant by using a transmission precoder or a spatial filter, wherein the transmission precoder or the spatial filter is for transmitting the first reference signal. The method further includes the UE transmitting, in response to detecting beam failure recovery, a RA preamble on a PRACH resource for beam failure recovery, wherein the PRACH resource is associated with a candidate reference signal. In addition, the method includes the UE monitoring and/or receiving a response corresponding to the RA preamble via one or more antenna port quasi co-location parameters associated with the candidate reference signal during the BFR procedure. Furthermore, the method includes the UE transmitting, if the UE receives the response, a second PUSCH with configured grant on occasions configured in the first configuration via using the same transmission precoder or spatial filter for transmitting the PRACH resource until the UE receives a second configuration comprising SRI for PUSCH transmission with configured grant.

Abstract: A method and apparatus are disclosed from the perspective of a first device for performing sidelink transmission in a sidelink resource pool. In one embodiment, the first device has a configuration of the sidelink resource pool, wherein the sidelink resource pool is enabled with resource reservation for different Transport Blocks (TBs). The first device also has a configuration of a list of reserved periods. Furthermore, the first device selects or determines a first reserved period from the list of reserved periods, wherein the first selected or determined reserved period is within a first set of reserved periods. In addition, the first device randomly selects a first integer in a first interval, wherein the first interval is based on a scaling factor and a second interval, and the scaling factor is derived based on a largest reserved period in the first set of reserved periods, and wherein the first integer indicates a number of transmission opportunities of different TBs with the first reserved period. The first device further performs sidelink transmission of one TB on one transmission opportunity from the number of transmission opportunities.

A method for a UE comprises performing a SL communication associated with a destination Identity (ID), having a SL DRX configuration associated with the SL communication, wherein the SL DRX configuration comprises at least an on-duration timer and a DRX cycle, deriving a first offset associated with the SL communication based on the destination ID and the DRX cycle, deriving a second offset associated with the SL communication based on the destination ID and a number of slots per subframe, starting the on-duration timer after a time period determined based on the second offset from the beginning of a subframe, wherein the subframe is determined based on at least the first offset, and monitoring Sidelink Control Information (SCI) when the on-duration timer is running.
